Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Dipke was detained by Delhi Police from his home just minutes before he was set to lead a 'Lehra Do Tiranga' rally in the national capital. This marks his second detention in a single week, creating major political ripples following his earlier questioning over voter-list revision allegations. Police served a notice under Section 163 of the BNS, citing prohibitory orders around Connaught Place and a lack of permission from the NDMC for the unpermitted march. Viral footage shows Dipke confronting police officers and examining notices while draped in a national flag. This developing controversy highlights the intense friction between political protests, Flag Code regulations, and strict administrative clampdowns in Delhi. Watch the complete breakdown of this high-voltage political drama to understand how the situation escalated and what it means for CJP's future protests.
