00:43And I am troubled by some of the filings,
00:46particularly those containing allegations of misrepresentation,
00:50a lack of candor, or improper conduct.
00:53I want to again encourage the parties to work together to resolve issues
01:00before filing motions that could have been resolved without having to involve the court.
