00:00There's a new report revealing details about the holdout juror in the Lindsey Clancy trial.

00:05Earlier this month, the jury was unable to reach a unanimous verdict and the judge

00:09declared that mistrial. Remember, she killed her three children. That has never been in doubt.

00:15But now, another trial. Potentially, Nate Foy is on it. Nate.

00:20Hey, Harris. Yeah, we're still waiting on word from the Plymouth County DA on plans on how they

00:25intend to move forward. But as you mentioned, the breaking report here is from the New York

00:29Post describing this juror as a Haitian Catholic and the brother of that juror telling the New York

00:37Post that his brother's Catholic faith did not cloud his judgment at all in his deliberations

00:45in this trial. The brother said the family's life has been turned upside down, saying that they're

00:50getting hounded by reporters and true crime fanatics. The brother says, quote, we just had some of them

00:55from the New York Post article. If you want to pull them back up, Harris, my family cannot leave

00:59the house. They are leaving notes at my mother's house. They won't leave us alone and we don't

01:04know anything. People have been calling me like crazy. It's crazy. The brother also says that the

01:10family didn't even know that he was serving on the jury. So it was all a surprise to them.

01:16Judge William Sullivan has sealed the juror's name, citing safety concerns. He's impounding

01:20all of those names until further notice. As for where we go from here, Clancy is due back in court

01:27two weeks from today on September 29th for a status hearing. And again, we are still waiting

01:33on the plans from the Plymouth County DA to retry the case. We'll send it back to you,

01:38Harry. I see a lot of ground for fodder there. I mean, for some debate, your faith, it says,

01:43do not kill in the Ten Commandments. This is going to ignite a debate. Nate Foy on the breaking.

01:51Yeah, we got to touch on this Lindsey Clancy situation again. We got to tap back into this

01:58whole debacle because as you guys heard there, the guy's family is now being harassed and hounded.

02:05Um, the gentleman himself, this, um, alleged black Haitian man. Well, we know he's black,

02:13but Haitian, um, they just said, um, he's been doxxed. Yeah. His name, a picture of him.

02:25He's been doxxed. It's out on the internet. Not kidding. I'm obviously not going to post it

02:32because I'm not going to promote it. Uh, but with a little bit of digging,

02:39it'll pop up for you. Someone doxxed this juror and it, it, it, it begs to, um, question, right?

02:55If this were anyone else, would he have been doxxed?

02:59Cause I've never heard of anything like this.

03:03I've never seen anything like this where you're digging for information on jurors.

03:11It's crazy, but you got all these white liberals angry and upset.

03:50I want to know everything since that's a big deal, right?

04:01You know, what are we going to find out when those records come back for all those other jurors,

04:07especially those nine females?

04:08Because I can guarantee you that out of those nine females, at least one of them has had a DUI.

04:16At least one of them has had a domestic on their record.

04:22Guarantee you, not just the one lone black guy that was on this jury.

04:34they got to do it for all of them.

04:35I was really trying to figure out why the Lindsay Clancy cult was up in arms yesterday,

04:39but it looks like somebody created a give-sing go for that black juror.

04:46but as of Monday morning, September the 14th,

04:48this man has managed to raise over $100,000 for himself.

05:25Kalen was eight months.

05:27And Cora was five years old.

05:28And you mean to tell me she got an elastic band tied it around the baby's necks and pulled.

05:34I can imagine a five-year-old saying, mommy, please stop.

05:40Now, Lindsay Clancy's team is going to claim double jeopardy.

05:43Which means that she cannot be tried twice for the same charge.

05:46Which means she may walk completely.

05:48Or she may end up in a psychiatric hospital.

05:50Either way, the bitch gets off.

05:52And I know everybody's like, damn, Nini, that's hard.

05:53She was a woman going through postpartum, blah, blah, blah, so on and so forth.

05:56I'm going to make something very clear.

05:57I don't believe anybody that unalives their children should walk away free.

06:01No matter if it's one year, two year, three year.

06:03They should spend time behind bars.

06:05And then go into a hospital.

06:06That is my opinion.

06:07And I don't give a fuck how anybody else feels about it.

06:51Uh, so yeah, his, his real information is out there allegedly in Tom Hennessey, ain't it?

06:57But anyway, that's neither here nor there.

07:00I do love the fact that some people are coming together to raise some money for him because

07:05as you see, uh, or as you heard there, um, Lindsay Clancy had a bunch of money raised for

07:11her.

07:12And doesn't she look crazy right there?

07:15I mean, just anyway, you know, I mean that, that is just absolutely mind boggling crazy

07:26that you have these individuals caping for a woman that did such a thing, allegedly did

07:36such a thing.

07:37And as a matter of fact, um, I got a clip of her attorney coming up at the end.

07:44So stick around, but let's dive a little bit more into the topic of discussion when it

07:49comes to the bands.

07:51Check it out.

07:52This is the murder weapon that Lindsay Clancy used to murder her three kids.

07:56For her oldest, there was a 40 pound resistance band for her second oldest.

08:00It was a 10 and for her youngest and eight month old, it was a 20.

08:04Now this resistance band is probably around that 40 pounds and I'm a decently strong guy

08:08in order for me to just get this engaged enough to where it's taught enough to where when you

08:12put it around somebody's neck, that is a lot of work for me.

08:15So it's about five to 10 seconds where when you're pulling around the neck, they'll go

08:19unconscious.

08:20But in order to kill somebody where you're restricting the blood flow for that long, that

08:24is a very long time.

08:26So for each kid, one by one, picture this.

08:28She is squeezing as hard as she can around her own child's neck for minutes on end, one

08:33by one, as they're flailing and screaming, fighting for their life.

08:36And she goes one by one, killing her own children.

08:39This is the woman that millions of people around this country are rallying around, giving millions

08:44of dollars to.

08:45And I'm hearing nothing about her children.

08:48God bless them.

08:50Rest in peace.

08:51Let's honor their names.

08:53You know, and I wanted to share that with you all because not to be graphic or in

08:58anything like that, but to illustrate how and why I think that this had nothing to do

09:05with psychosis or whatever, you know, um, to do such a thing requires a certain level

09:13of strength because those bands are stretchy.

09:17So you put them against something, they're going to stretch.

09:21And so in order to really suffocate somebody, you've got to be yanking on those things.

09:27You've got to really be pulling.

09:33And as you guys probably know, in order to genuinely suffocate somebody to the point

09:38where, you know, they're not here, that takes time because generally, if you do it, they'll

09:45pass out and you let go and they'll start breathing again.

09:49You got to sit there and hold it for minutes.

09:54For minutes, right?

09:55Three to five minutes, according to some folks, right?

09:58So to do that for each kid, that's upwards of 15 minutes total where you are holding those

10:06bands tight around your kid's neck.

10:14That's not a psychosis.

10:17At least not to me.

10:19That is intentional.

10:22That is, you knew exactly what you were doing and how you wanted to do it and you executed

10:28it.

10:29And another thing, and I touched on this yesterday, she's a medical professional.

10:34If anybody knows how to prematurely put themselves six feet in the dirt, it's somebody like her.

10:40She knows where every single artery is, how deep it is, how much blood flows.

10:46If you cut this one, how much it'll spurt out, right?

10:50How quickly she was in the medicine.

10:56Hey, if I took this, I need to take this amount in order to, she knew how to do that,

11:03right?

11:04Am I wrong?

11:06She's a medical professional.

11:07She was a labor and delivery nurse.

11:23Anybody else think it's suspicious that the one holdout juror has won domestic violence

11:28charges?

11:30And a current restraining order from a second family member and that he's getting evicted

11:37from his house for not paying rent for six months.

11:43There's a lot of motive to throw a case in there, don't you think?

11:47A lot of motive.

11:48The holdout juror has a domestic violence charge.

11:57He has a restraining order against him from a minor nephew.

12:00He's got a court case involving eviction.

12:03What is crazy is that you all care more about an eviction than you do about three dead children.

12:22Say what you want about the man.

12:25You know, should you be, you know, violent with anybody, right?

12:30Because he allegedly was violent with his nephew or something.

12:35And then he had a domestic violence case with his wife or whatever.

12:40Of course, that's bad.

12:43But at least he didn't kill his kids.

12:47Say what you want about him.

12:49He did not kill his kids.

12:51Nobody is six feet in the dirt because of him.

12:58But once again, I'm so happy that these white liberals are showing exactly who we thought they were.

13:21And he's going to clear up the whole because, of course, chicks like what you just saw.

13:42It was telling that her mother-in-law testified in her favor.

13:45I'm curious about your feelings about Patrick Clancy.

13:47Because some people say, well, Kevin hasn't come out and really done a full-throated support of Patrick Clancy.

13:53What do you say about that?

13:54I have repeatedly said and did during the trial and prior to the trial.

14:00Listen to the 911 call.

14:02And the gut-wrenching.

14:04The public has not heard it.

14:05The jury did.

14:05I understand that.

14:06The judge made that ruling.

14:07But I've said repeatedly the gut-wrenching horror that is in his voice.

14:13No actor in California could ever imitate that.

14:18It's obvious that Patrick was a man who stood by his wife through all of the difficulty of the medical

14:26issues, the psychiatric issues, the pharmaceutical issues, and even up to the time of trial and even afterwards.

14:32And the man ought to be able to move on with his life and stop with the speculation and horrific

14:39conspiracy allegations that he was involved with some massive conspiracy to kill his children.

14:45So what do you say to the people who are still pushing that theory that Patrick Clancy was involved in

14:49these children's murder?

14:51As I've said before, I think that it's horrific what this man has been going through.

14:55And he's entitled to move on with his life.

14:57And the fact that he's moved on with his life and still is standing by Lindsay as far as the

15:03legal issues tells the tale.

15:05It was telling that...

15:07Right from her lawyer himself, Patrick had nothing to do with it.

15:12So for all the white liberals out there, Patrick did it, Patrick did it, Lindsay, see?

15:21I can prove Lindsay didn't do it because the blood marks and...

15:34Lindsay did it, and Lindsay should pay for it.

15:40But of course, we're going to try to make it about the black juror and his eviction and whatever else

15:47he has going on, which has absolutely nothing to do with three dead kids.
