00:00Fx Petal Enclosures Every Guitar Builder Needs Script
00:04Okay, guitar builders, this one's for you.
00:07If you're sick of hunting for a solid enclosure that doesn't cost more than the pedal guts themselves,
00:12I went down the rabbit hole and found the best deals on Fx Petal Enclosures Every Builder Needs.
00:17Five options here, all with thousands of sales and near-perfect ratings.
00:21Let me walk you through them.
00:24First up, the classic 1590B aluminum enclosure that comes with screws.
00:29This is the workhorse every builder starts with, sturdy diecast aluminum, easy to drill,
00:34easy to finish, and it takes standard footswitches and jacks without a fight.
00:38And it's only $8.55.
00:42Over 4,400 sold at a 4.9 rating.
00:46If you're building your first pedal, this is the one to grab.
00:50Next is basically the same 1590B shell, but sold in packs of 1-5,
00:54and here's the kicker, it's $8.76 and holds a perfect 5-star rating.
01:01Same 112x60x31mm footprint, same durable diecast build.
01:05If you're the kind of builder who batches projects on a weekend,
01:09buying a few at once saves you shipping and keeps you building instead of waiting on parts.
01:14Third one is the budget play, and honestly it surprised me.
01:18This aluminum project box comes in at just $4.04, and it's not one size,
01:23you can pick from 1590B, 1590XX, 1590DD, or 1590C.
01:29So whether you're cramming a simple overdrive or a full-size reverb with a big board in it,
01:34there's a shell that fits.
01:35Nearly 4,000 sold at 4.8 stars.
01:39That price is hard to beat.
01:41Now if you build big, you already know the 1590B runs out of room fast.
01:46That's where the Dayerbump 1590XX comes in, 145x121x39.5mm,
01:53so you've got real breathing room for multi-switch builds, big PCBs, and chunky jacks.
01:59It's $15.60, still metal, still diecast.
02:04$3,400 sold at 4.9.
02:07Well worth it when your circuit just won't squeeze into a standard box.
02:11So there you go, 5 enclosures, every budget, every build size.
