The Ukrainian 3rd Army Corps has just shattered modern military doctrine. In the devastating fourth phase of the "Vivaldi Offensive," Ukrainian forces obliterated 18 months of entrenched Russian defenses across the Donbas, reclaiming 277 square kilometers and 16 settlements while achieving an unprecedented 10-to-1 casualty ratio in favor of the attackers. Over 8,000 Russian soldiers have been eliminated, forcing elite units like the "Rubikon" UAV battalion to completely abandon the frontline. The collapse was accelerated by the world's first-ever combat airdrop of kamikaze Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) deep behind enemy lines, paired with 36,000 drone strikes that permanently starved Russian logistics. As the Russian command structure disintegrated—highlighted by the death of the fleeing commander "Marshal" and the total eradication of his "Black Mamba" unit alongside 19 officers—the northern Lyman salient collapsed. This historic rout has broken Putin's encirclement of the Donbas "Fortress Belt" and forced Moscow to desperately divert its 1st Guards Tank Army from Kupyansk to plug the bleeding. In this SITREP, we analyze the 10-to-1 slaughter and the irreversible collapse of the Russian frontline.
