From sly double entendres and risqué visual gags to awkward innuendos hidden in beloved classics, we’re revisiting the most eyebrow-raising moments that somehow made it into family movies in the first place.

00:00Welcome to Ms. Mojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the sneakiest grown-up gags Disney managed to
00:06slip right past younger viewers.
00:12Number 20, Bunny Multiplication, Zootopia.
00:16Judy Hopps has already had enough of Nick Wilde by the time she finally gets some leverage over him.
00:21No one tells me what I can or can't be, especially not some jerk who never had the guts to
00:28try to be anything more than a popsicle hustler.
00:31After Nick boasts that he makes $200 a day selling popsicles, Judy does the math and threatens him with arrest
00:38for tax evasion.
00:39Then she turns his dumb bunny insult back on him with a cheeky crack about bunnies and multiplication that sounds
00:45innocent enough if you're eight.
00:47One million four hundred sixty thousand, I think. I mean, I am just a dumb bunny, but we are good
00:53at multiplying.
00:54Her smug little calculation is satisfying even before you catch the extra meaning.
00:59Better still, the joke never interrupts the scene. It's tucked into Judy's rapid-fire takedown, leaving Nick speechless.
01:06Number 19, Mushu's X-Ray Vision, Mulan.
01:10This little dragon makes quite the first impression.
01:13While trying to convince Mulan that he's a powerful protector, Mushu boasts that his abilities are beyond mortal imagination.
01:20He then claims he can see straight through her armor, prompting Mulan to cover her chest and slap him across
01:26the face.
01:26My eyes can see straight through your armor.
01:31Her reaction tells us exactly how she takes that supposedly magical talent.
01:35Naturally, Mushu responds by launching into his famous dishonor rant, before eventually warning her not to slap him again.
01:43Then you're gonna have to trust me!
01:45And don't you slap me no more. We clear on that?
01:48All right.
01:48For someone claiming to be her guardian, he definitely starts their partnership on a very questionable note.
01:54Your childhood innocence may be gone, but your streaming plans are covered.
01:58Scan the QR code on screen to join Ms. Mojo's 24-7 livestream for non-stop pop culture fun.
02:04Just because I look like a man doesn't mean I have to smell like one.
02:07Number 18. Linguini's Tiny Problem, Ratatouille
02:11Explaining a rat-controlled cooking career was never going to be easy.
02:15After Colette confronts Linguini, the flustered chef tries to admit that Remy has secretly been guiding his cooking.
02:21Unfortunately, he chooses his words very badly, stumbling over tiny and little before finally getting to chef.
02:28I have this, this tiny, uh, little, little, a tiny chef who tells me what to do.
02:36Colette's eyes briefly drop below his waist, making it pretty clear where her mind went first.
02:42The blink-and-you-miss-it reaction is what sells the joke.
02:45Nobody has to say anything remotely explicit.
02:48It's also perfectly in character for this painfully awkward confession, where every extra second makes him sound more suspicious.
02:54Don't laugh. I'm gonna show ya.
02:58Number 17. Baymax's Puberty Checklist, Big Hero 6.
03:03Baymax may be designed for healthcare, but Bedside Manor was probably not part of the programming.
03:20Hello?
03:21After scanning Hero, he announces that the teenager's hormone and neurotransmitter levels indicate mood swings associated with adolescence, and diagnosis
03:30him with puberty.
03:31Baymax then begins listing where Hero can expect increased body hair,
03:34getting through his face, chest, and armpits before Hero hurriedly cuts him off.
03:39The unfinished final location leaves just enough room for older viewers to fill in the blank.
03:44You should expect an increase in body hair, especially on your face, chest, armpits, and...
03:50Thank you! That's enough!
03:51Baymax is not finished embarrassing him either,
03:53immediately adding that Hero may also experience some, quote,
03:56strange and powerful new urges.
03:59You may also experience strange and powerful new urges.
04:02By that point, Hero is desperate to end the consultation.
04:06Number 16. Mr. Potato Head's Mouth Privileges, Toy Story 3.
04:11Even detachable toy parts can apparently create marital boundaries.
04:14Sweet potato! Who do you think you're talking to?
04:18When the gang tries to leave Sunnyside, Mrs. Potato Head stands up to Lotso,
04:22only for him to yank off her mouth mid-sentence.
04:25Her husband immediately protests that nobody else gets to take it,
04:29before demanding that the furry air freshener give it back.
04:32Hey, no one takes my wife's mouth, except me.
04:35Give it back, you...
04:35Taken literally, he is simply defending his wife.
04:38Hear that possessive little declaration with adult ears, though?
04:41And suddenly, it sounds considerably less family-friendly.
04:45The best part is how casually the movie drops it
04:47before racing straight into the next confrontation.
04:50Number 15. Benjamin's Very Long John, Muppet Treasure Island.
04:55Apparently, pirate reunions can get surprisingly personal.
05:03Touching reunion, Benjamina.
05:05Just after Benjamina Gunn and Captain Smollett reunite,
05:09Long John Silver crashes the moment and teases her about renewing old acquaintances.
05:14Benjamina's especially drawn-out greeting makes it pretty obvious
05:17that these two have some history of their own.
05:19The implication gets even funnier because the movie has already established her complicated love life.
05:24Smollett left her at the altar, and she later took up with Captain Flint.
05:28By the time Silver enters the picture, one loaded word does all the work.
05:33His name has probably never sounded quite so suggestive.
05:37Hello, Long John.
05:40Oh, no. Him, too?
05:42Number 14. Cruella calls Roger a busy boy.
05:46101 Dalmatians.
05:47Some pregnancy announcements receive warmer congratulations than others.
05:51When Roger tells Cruella that Anita is expecting,
05:54she reacts with mock sympathy before dryly remarking that accidents happen.
05:59Well, what can I say?
06:01Accidents will happen.
06:02He then adds that Pongo and Perdita are expecting puppies, too,
06:06prompting Cruella to congratulate Roger on apparently being a very, quote, busy boy.
06:11Puppies? You have been a busy boy.
06:15Coming right after Anita's pregnancy news,
06:18the wording cheekily makes Roger sound unusually involved in all of the multiplying going on at home.
06:24Cruella's delivery keeps the implication playful rather than explicit,
06:27and the movie moves on almost immediately.
06:30Leave it to her to make two happy announcements sound just a little scandalous.
06:34Number 13.
06:36Aladdin knows the ladies.
06:37Aladdin.
06:38Agrabah's so-called street rat seems surprisingly well acquainted with some of its women.
06:43Oh, oh, it's that Aladdin's hit the bottom.
06:46During one jump ahead, he and Abu swing into a harem,
06:50where the women immediately recognize him and join in the song.
06:53The setting has been interpreted as a brothel,
06:55and their familiarity with Aladdin certainly gives older viewers something to think about.
07:00Gotta eat to live, gotta steal to eat, tell you all about it when I got the time.
07:03He even greets another group of women earlier in the chase,
07:07suggesting he's hardly a stranger around town.
07:09Whether or not the location is quite that scandalous,
07:12the whole encounter feels a lot more suggestive once you're old enough to notice it.
07:16Number 12.
07:17The bus driver's baby offer.
07:19Hocus Pocus.
07:20The Sanderson sisters have barely returned to modern Salem
07:23before they stumble into one seriously suggestive misunderstanding.
07:28Bubble, bubble.
07:30After stopping a bus, Winifred asks what the vehicle is for.
07:33The driver boasts that it can take attractive passengers to their, quote,
07:37most forbidden desires, prompting the witches to explain that they want children.
07:41He hears that request very differently,
07:44and eagerly suggests he could help make that happen.
07:48Children.
07:49It may take me a couple of tries, but I don't think that'd be a problem.
07:53I'll point out.
07:54Marvellous.
07:55The sisters, of course, mean they need children to restore their youth.
07:58His response turns an already flirtatious exchange into a joke about conceiving children.
08:04And the witches remain seemingly oblivious.
08:07Number 11.
08:08One very adult fishing pun.
08:09Toy Story.
08:12Uh, sorry.
08:14I thought that you were gonna, you know, eat my friend.
08:18Some of Sid's mutant creations are disturbing.
08:21One is hiding a joke for the grown-ups.
08:23We're talking, of course, about Legs,
08:25who consists of a pair of fashion doll legs attached to a toy fishing rod.
08:29Legs?
08:31You're a ducky.
08:33Woody even calls her by her name while assigning the toys roles in Buzz's rescue.
08:37Put the literal fishing hook together with the doll legs, though,
08:41and the design suddenly carries a much more adult double meaning involving an old slang term for a sex worker.
08:47The movie never calls attention to it, which is exactly why the visual gag can sit in plain sight while
08:52younger viewers simply see another bizarre toy.
08:55We're going to have to break a few rules, but if it works, it'll help everybody.
09:00Number 10.
09:00Kronk pitches a tent.
09:02The Emperor's New Groove.
09:04The Emperor's New Groove is known for its kooky designs and humor,
09:07so it probably comes as no shock that it's full of naughty moments.
09:11A pretty notable one comes when Kronk and Yzma are camping out for the night.
09:16She appears to have taken the larger tent, leaving him to fend for himself.
09:21The peasant at the diner.
09:24He didn't pay his check.
09:26Ever the innovator, he has a little tent over his private parts,
09:30meaning he's pitched a tent in more ways than one.
09:34Hopefully younger viewers just take this moment at face value,
09:37but it's actually quite the double entendre, and we're kind of impressed.
09:41He's the peasant who I saw leaving the city,
09:43who disappeared into the crowd with Cusco in the back of his cart.
09:46He must have taken him back to his village,
09:48so if we find the village, we find him, and if we find him, we find Cusco.
09:52Oh yeah, it's all coming together.
09:55Number 9.
09:56Hercules' Thoughts on Oedipus.
09:58Hercules.
09:59One of the funniest films to come out of the Disney renaissance,
10:02Hercules was always a bit more on the wild side.
10:05From a throwaway joke about Narcissus to a sassy Hades telling Meg
10:09that Hercules is bound to disappoint her,
10:11the movie pushed many boundaries.
10:14I can't believe you're getting so worked up about some guy.
10:18This one is different. He's honest and he's sweet.
10:20Please.
10:21He would never do anything to hurt me.
10:22He's a guy.
10:23In one scene, after spending the day with Meg,
10:26the titular character comments on the play they attended.
10:29That play, that Oedipus thing?
10:31Man, I thought I had problems.
10:33Adults will know that he's referencing the plot of Oedipus Rex,
10:37where Oedipus accidentally fulfills a prophecy as he kills his father and marries his mother.
10:43Herc's problems definitely do seem a little less intense in comparison to that story.
10:48Number 8.
10:49Gurgle Almost Swears.
10:51Finding Nemo.
10:52Between Nemo's mom and siblings being killed,
10:55and Marlon believing that he's lost his son forever,
10:58Finding Nemo has some surprisingly bleak moments.
11:01It's okay. Daddy's here.
11:04Daddy's got you.
11:05Since Pixar films feel like they're designed for both adults and children,
11:10the filmmakers often sneak in a few gags for older audiences.
11:13While in Dr. Sherman's Tank,
11:15Nemo's friend Gurgle gets grossed out by how dirty their home has become.
11:19So he speaks up, but is abruptly cut off by Peach the starfish.
11:24Don't you people realize we are swimming in our homes?
11:26Shh! Here he comes!
11:27We can all tell what S-word was about to come out of his mouth, though.
11:31Who knew Fish could be so foul-mouthed?
11:33Yeah, we're gonna be clean!
11:35Number 7.
11:36Mia and Tia Flash Lightning McQueen.
11:39Cars.
11:39We all know that Lightning McQueen is insanely famous and beloved.
11:43It's down!
11:45However, the fact that he has groupies probably could have been left out of the film.
11:49While awaiting the Piston Cup results,
11:52two of his fans, Tia and Mia, rush towards him.
11:55I'm Mia!
11:56I'm Tia!
11:57We're like your biggest fans!
11:59Kachow!
12:00They profess their admiration in front of multiple news cameras
12:03and proceed to flash their headlights at him.
12:06Based on Lightning's expression,
12:08he knows exactly what flashing means in both the human world and the carverse.
12:12And he seems quite content to stare at Mia and Tia's, um, headlights.
12:17I love being me.
12:19Then, as if that weren't suggestive enough,
12:22the film also features the top-down truck stop,
12:24a car-themed play on a topless bar.
12:27Number 6.
12:28Syndrome sees Mr. and Mrs. Incredible's children,
12:31the Incredibles.
12:33Syndrome is downright evil in the Incredibles,
12:36and it turns out he's downright cheeky, too.
12:39After suspending the Incredible family in midair,
12:41he makes quite a few comments about them.
12:44Namely, he pokes fun at their matching outfits
12:46and references the fact that Mr. Incredible married Elastigirl.
12:50Elastigirl?
12:52You married Elastigirl?
12:55But his most icky observation comes after he notices their kids,
12:59Violet and Dash.
13:01And got busy!
13:03It's a whole family of supers!
13:06Syndrome, this is not how you should acknowledge
13:08the fact that your enemy has had children.
13:11At the very least, keep that thought to yourself.
13:14Looks like I've hit the jackpot!
13:16Oh, this is just too good!
13:18Number 5.
13:19Buzz gets excited.
13:21Toy Story 2.
13:22While Woody has a clear love interest in Bo Peep,
13:25Buzz doesn't need a special lady until Toy Story 2.
13:28But boy, is he ever enamored with Jessie
13:31once she enters their lives.
13:32Ma'am, I, uh, um,
13:35well, I just wanted to say you're a bright young woman
13:37with a beautiful yarn full of hair.
13:39A hair full of yarn.
13:40It's, uh, oh, um,
13:42I must go.
13:43Well, aren't you the sweetest face toy I ever met?
13:47He can't even form a coherent sentence
13:49when they all return home.
13:50After watching her demonstrate her agility,
13:53he pops his wings,
13:55implying that he's, well, aroused.
14:01This isn't the first time Disney has referenced
14:03what can happen to excited men either.
14:06In Bambi, a cute kiss makes all the blood
14:08and Flower's body rush through him
14:10and he becomes rigid.
14:18These moments are easy to miss,
14:20but impossible to unsee.
14:23Number 4.
14:24Yzma's Dagger Reveal
14:25The Emperor's New Groove
14:27I can't believe this is happening!
14:29For such a goofy movie,
14:30The Emperor's New Groove
14:31has quite a few bawdy moments.
14:33When Kuzco and Pacha face off against Yzma,
14:36she seductively lifts up her skirt,
14:38causing the pair to scream in agony
14:40and beg Yzma to stop.
14:42Then I bet you weren't expecting this.
14:44No!
14:46She quickly reveals that she has
14:47a dagger strapped to her leg,
14:49prompting the pair to sigh in relief.
14:51Aha!
14:53Oh, okay.
14:54They're fine with Yzma killing them,
14:56but not with her flashing them.
14:57Honestly, this feels a little rude.
15:00If you ask us, Yzma's still got it,
15:02and she shouldn't be afraid to flaunt it.
15:05Number 3.
15:06Kristoff and Anna discuss foot size.
15:08Frozen.
15:09Didn't your parents ever warn you about strangers?
15:13Yes, they did.
15:14Based on their conversations,
15:16it seems that Anna and Kristoff
15:18are the thirstiest couple in Disney history.
15:20As they head off to help Elsa in Frozen,
15:23he bombards her with questions about Hans,
15:26whom she got engaged to after one day.
15:29When Kristoff asks Anna about her fiancé's foot size,
15:32her reply is telling.
15:34Foot size?
15:34Foot size doesn't matter.
15:36There is a belief that the size of a man's foot
15:39can indicate the length of something else,
15:41making this quite the dirty joke.
15:43And this isn't the only time Anna and Kristoff
15:46allude to what happens in the boudoir.
15:48In Frozen 2, when he complains about his clothing,
15:51her cheeky answer says it all.
15:54I prefer you in leather anyway.
15:55This is some serious Fifty Shades of Arendelle.
15:58Number 2.
15:59Dumbo and Timothy Hallucinate.
16:01Dumbo.
16:02Let's see you blow a square one, pal.
16:13Say, that's very, very clever.
16:16Even though Dumbo is just over an hour long,
16:19a lot happens.
16:20From elephant mistreatment to scary clowns,
16:23this Disney classic has some of the most disturbing scenes
16:26ever put to film.
16:31One of the strangest happens after Dumbo
16:33and his mouse pal Timothy drink far too much of the bubbly
16:37and begin to hallucinate pink elephants.
16:39Seeing pink elephants is actually a euphemism
16:42for getting so inebriated one starts to have visions.
16:45But while that's certainly worrisome on its own,
16:48what's truly dismaying are the animals themselves.
16:51Can you honestly look into their hollow eyes
16:53and tell us they're not nightmare fuel?
16:55Look out, look out,
16:58meet elephants on parade.
17:00If you love games,
17:02be sure to check out WatchMojo's new game,
17:04Terrible Influence.
17:05Just launched for purchase at terribleinfluence.com.
17:08Terrible Influence is a satirical board game
17:10about the dark side of fame
17:11from the writer of the most popular girls in school
17:14and us, WatchMojo.
17:15Boom.
17:16I can make an apology video.
17:18Oh, you so would.
17:19Click on the link in the description
17:20to check out the game
17:21and be the first to play Terrible Influence.
17:24Number 1.
17:26Genie's salacious comment.
17:28Aladdin and the King of Thieves.
17:29While the original Aladdin was a hit,
17:32most of us don't remember the two sequels
17:34that followed that well.
17:35It's all so magical.
17:38I'm not gonna cry.
17:39But it turns out there were some clever gems
17:41worth tuning in for,
17:43courtesy of Genie himself.
17:44As Aladdin and Jasmine stand
17:46ready to tie the knot in the third film,
17:49there's an unexpected attack on the castle.
17:51Let me be the plane man.
17:55In the chaos that ensues,
17:57the Genie slips in this incredibly lewd one-liner.
18:00I thought the Earth wasn't supposed to move
18:01until the honeymoon.
18:02This is a pretty raunchy comment,
18:04especially for a children's film.
18:07But if anyone can pull it off,
18:09it's Genie.
18:10What Disney gag sailed completely over your head as a kid
18:13but became painfully obvious as an adult?
18:16Let us know in the comments.
