00:00Power World has officially passed 40 million players, even before its full 1.0 launch on July 10th.
00:08That's up from 32 million players last year, meaning another 8 million people have jumped in while the game's still
00:14technically in early access.
00:16And here's the wild comparison. That's over 8 million more players than the combined sales of the original Pokemon Red,
00:23Blue and Green, which sit at around 31.38 million copies.
00:28One important catch though, players aren't the same as sales.
00:32Power World is available on Xbox Game Pass, so that 40 million includes subscribers as well as people who bought
00:38the game outright.
00:39Still, it's a massive achievement for Pocket Pair, and with version 1.0 just around the corner, that number could
00:45climb even higher.
