Lyrics:
(Monkey Noises)

Monkeys: (singing) Monkey see, monkey do
Everything much better than you
Deedle-ee (deedle-ee), doodle-oo
Monkey see, monkey do

(Monkey Noises)

Come admire us, little frog
We're the famous Bandar-log
No one else can ever be
Handsome, smart and quick as we

Toodle-loo (toodle-loo), teedle-lee
Handsome, smart and quick as we
Monkey see, monkey do
Everything much better than you
Teedle-ee (teedle-ee), toodle-oo
Monkey see, monkey do

(Monkey Noises and Laughter)

Monkey #1: Silken hair and polished nails
We're well-groomed from head to tails
Manners come with grace and ease
Monkey #2: As we share each other's fleas

Monkeys: Toodle-oo (toodle-oo), Teedle-lee
As we share each other's fleas
Monkey see, monkey do
Everything much better than you
Teedlel-ee (teedlel-ee), Toodle-loo
Monkey see, monkey do

(Monkey noises)

Monkey #1: Brains and beauty never fail
Who but us hangs by the tail
Noted for our repartee...

spoken dialogue:
Monkey #2: Say, you know why monkeys are good looking?
Monkey #3: No why?
Monkey #2: Because they look like me.

All: (giggling and singing) Famous for our modesty
Toodle-loo (toodle-loo), Teedle-lee
Famous for our modesty

(Monkey noises)

Onward, upward, we won't stop
Till we've reached the very top
We've led every beast and man

Monkey [spoken]: Man? Don't tell me this is a man! Well!

All: We were here when man began
Toodle-loo (toodle-loo), Teedle-lam
We were here when man began
Monkey see, monkey do
Everything much better than you
Teedle-lee (teedle-lee), Toodle-loo
Monkey see, monkey do
Teedle-lee (teedle-lee), Toodle-loo
Monkey see, monkey do

(Monkey noises)
