00:07They're there because they're thieves. They're there to smash up shop shops and steal things.
00:11And there are anarchists amongst them who are doing things like burning down historic buildings.
00:16It's completely abhorrent. It's very, very sad to see.
00:19And the lesson from this is that you have to have very organised, direct and hard policing early on in
00:26these protests
00:27in order to prevent the kind of contagion which sees protests all across the country in a way that police
00:34can't control.
