A humorous encounter with a bear disrupted Ayla’s long-anticipated Easter celebrations. "I found myself in a two-hour traffic jam at Cades Cove, missing Easter dinner with my family because of this bear dozing in a tree, with everyone stopping to admire it," Ayla shared with WooGlobe. "It took much longer than I had hoped, but it was definitely worth it!" If only the photographers had taken their photos and continued on, perhaps the traffic delay wouldn't have been so severe. However, it seems that many were entranced by the sight of a blissfully sleeping bear.
