01:02o una para sa kalusugan ng Department of Health.
01:06Ang healthcare hindi lang naman gobyerno ang merong mission, kami rin sa private sector.
01:11So gusto naming pagsamahin ang aming mga efforts, resources at mga expertise
01:16para yung reality na yun ay mangyari ngayon.
01:19Bagamat tuloy-tuloy ang pag-unlad ng medical and pharmaceutical industry,
01:24ayon sa PHAP,
01:25magiging makabuluhan lamang ito kung mayroong maayos na healthcare ecosystem
01:29na magagarantiyan na totoong abot kamay ninawan at wana ang kinakailangang gamot.
01:35Gusto natin a more integrated approach, talagang yung stronger partnership pagdating doon.
01:40This government has also instituted the private sector advisory council
01:44and kasama din doon ng PHAP dahil nga doon sa openness.
01:48So we're very grateful for that.
01:50Of course, at the end of the day, there's more work that needs to be done.
01:53Dahil sa pagtaas ng pondo para sa sektor ng kalusugan,
01:58inaasahang mas mapapabilis at mas mapapalawak ang libreng gamot at serbisyong medikal para sa mga Pilipino.
02:05Pangatlo na ang healthcare ngayon pagdating sa malaking budget.
02:08So we were hoping that the government will continue to invest in healthcare
02:13because investing in healthcare is also investing in our economy.
02:17Sa pamamagitan ng mas malaking pondo at mas matatag na pakikipagtulungan
02:20sa pagitan ng gobyerno at ng private sector,
02:24may dahilan ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino na umasa sa ligtas
02:28at abot kamay na gamot at serbisyong pangkalusugan.
