00:00So I've been testing sauna suit shirts for the past few weeks, and today I'm breaking down the
00:04best ones you can grab for under 15 bucks. Some of these are literally under $7.
00:10If you're trying to sweat more without spending big, stick around.
00:15First up, the slimming sauna vest with the zipper front, 1089.
00:19The zipper is the star here way easier than pulling a sweaty compression shirt over your
00:24head after a workout. It traps heat around your core and works like a proper waist trainer,
00:29and with almost 5,000 sold, people clearly keep coming back for it.
00:34Next, this one at 714, and honestly the rating is what sells it, 4.6 stars with over 4,000
00:40orders.
00:41It's a compression sweat vest that hugs your torso, so you sweat more without feeling bulky
00:45under a hoodie or a tee. For the price, this is probably the best value on the whole list.
00:52Then we've got this heat-trapping shirt at 1204. It's the most shirt-like of the bunch,
00:57looks like normal gym wear, so nobody at the gym will know its shapewear.
01:02The compression smooths everything out while the sauna effect ramps up your sweat.
01:06If you want something discreet, this is the one.
01:10Number 4 is a short-sleeve option at 1055.
01:14If you hate how sauna vests squeeze your arms, this one covers you,
01:18full upper-body heat-trapping with short sleeves, so it layers under anything.
01:22Great for cardio days, and it doubles as a regular compression shirt too.
01:27And the cheapest one, 651, is somehow also the highest-rated, 4.9 stars.
01:33It's unisex, works for men and women, short sleeves, and it makes you sweat buckets.
01:38At this price you can grab two and rotate them between washes.
01:42Total no-brainer.
01:45Those are my top picks for under 15 bucks, all the links are in the description below.

01:54Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next one.
