00:02Zelensky is a man that should have had this war settled a long time ago.
00:07This morning, the Trump administration is reportedly holding up critical air defense
00:11missiles for Ukraine, as President Trump suggests someone else should negotiate on the country's
00:16behalf.
00:16The Washington Post reports Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has yet to approve the transfer
00:21of Patriot interceptor missiles that Ukraine needs to defend against Russian attacks.
00:26Some of the missiles would come from U.S. allies, but Washington must sign off before
00:31those countries can transfer American-made weapons.
00:35Hegseth hasn't rejected the transfers, but he hasn't approved them either.
00:39And Ukrainian officials say they're running dangerously low on the interceptors.
00:43The report comes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky heads to Norway today for talks with
00:48U.S. Envoy Steve Witkoff.
00:50Jared Kushner is expected to join remotely.
00:53The meeting follows two weeks of growing tensions between Trump and Zelensky, including Trump's

01:08Zelensky doesn't know what he's talking about.
01:10Zelensky is a man that should have had this war settled a long time ago.
01:15If he would have listened to me, he would have made a much better deal a long time ago and
01:19he'd have a million people living from his side.
01:22And to be honest, I think it's time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine.
01:29Trump is also floating a possible meeting next month with Russian President Vladimir Putin
01:34and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
01:36He says the main focus would be nuclear disarmament, though Ukraine could also be discussed.
01:42No meeting has been finalized.
