00:15Bago yan, hinanap ni Senate President Sherwin Gachalian si Vice President Sara Duterte na hindi nakarating sa pagdilig.

00:21Ang dumalo, si OVP Chief of Staff Attorney Zulaika Lopez bilang kanyang kinatawan.

00:27Nagpaliwanag naman si Lopez kung bakit hindi nakadalong bisi.
