00:00Hook, no fluff, here's the script
00:02You've probably got a drawer full of cheap strippers that nick the copper every single time
00:08Same here, until I went digging for the best wire stripper pliers under $15 for electricians
00:14Five of them stood out, all under $13, and two of them honestly surprised me
00:19First up, the Professional Cutting Pliers Wire Stripping Tool, $7.05
00:25It's a side cutter with a burr nipper built in, so you cut, trim, and clean up the end in
00:30one squeeze instead of swapping tools
00:33Nearly $5,000 sold and a $4.9 rating, which for $7 is absurd value
00:39Perfect for a pouch you don't mind losing
00:42Then there's the little multifunction one, $3.89
00:46Stripper, crimper, cutter, all in one pocket-sized body
00:50It's the cheapest here, and honestly the one I'd throw in a glove box or a junk drawer so you're
00:55never stuck
00:57$4,400 sold, $4.9 stars
01:00Buy two, forget one somewhere, who cares
01:04Third, the foldable one with the pulley design, $9.55
01:08That pulley feeding action is the star
01:11It pulls the wire through and strips it in one smooth motion, so your wrist does the work instead of
01:16your forearms over a long run of terminations
01:19Rated 4.7, and the folding body keeps the blades protected in your bag
01:24Good step up if you strip a lot of the same gauge
01:28Fourth is the foldable one with voltage testing built in, $12.56
01:33That's the feature
01:35You strip, cut, crimp, and check for live voltage with one tool in your hand
01:40No digging for the tester mid-job
01:42It's the priciest of the five, still well under $15, and $4.9 stars across 4,000 sales says people
01:49trust it
01:50Worth it if you work live panels, or work near them
01:54Skipped, spec level details, jaw range, AWG sizes, add when listing specs matters more than feel
02:00To to to to to a to to to to porter, or są now single, however, a situation
