09:35that most vulnerable community here in Los Angeles and so it was interesting as
09:39we were going out today and doing the search warrant some of these folks that
09:42we were pursuing were out just last night you know at midnight selling on the
09:46streets right here they actually woke up it's a business they're back out here on
09:50the streets 4 a.m. this morning selling again and so that's the focus for us
09:54because when you look at this community they were hiding right here in plain
09:57sight I assume if anybody passed by these streets and looked it's kind of the
10:01assortments of structures tents tarps you're not going to be able to tell the
10:05difference between someone who is living here unfortunately suffering from so
10:08many challenges in life and those who are profiting off of it today we're taking
10:12taking those into custody who are taking advantage of that community
