Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!" is a foundational animated series known for its blend of mystery, comedy, and adventure, featuring four teenagers and their talking Great Dane solving seemingly supernatural mysteries that always turn out to have a human perpetrator. It first aired on September 13, 1969, and has had a significant cultural impact. The series was created by writers Joe Ruby and Ken Spears and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions. The show was developed to be a non-violent Saturday morning program, a response to parental concerns over more action-oriented superhero cartoons of the mid-1960s. Each episode follows a consistent formula where the gang arrives at a spooky location in their van, the Mystery Machine, investigates a "monster," splits up to look for clues, and eventually unmasks the villain. All of the episodes are in full screen.

00:02Today, I'm going to be talking about Scooby-Doo, where are you? The complete series Blu-ray, and I'm also
00:12going to show you the Blu-ray itself.
00:14So, Scooby-Doo, where are you? It originally had two seasons, and it originally came out on CBS in 1969
00:30through 1970, and then when they did season three, it was part of the Scooby-Doo show.
00:44From 1976 through 1978, and I remember when I was like a small child, like in the early 1990s, they
01:03had a bunch of Scooby-Doo cartoons on TV during that time.
01:07I remember like on ABC, they had a pup named Scooby-Doo. It was like a Sagamore cartoon, and I
01:17think like on either on regular TV or cable TV, I seen like a bunch of Scooby-Doo cartoons.
01:26Like this one, Scooby-Doo, where are you? I seen the Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, the new Scooby-Doo
01:39and Scrappy-Doo show, the new Scooby-Doo movies.
01:45You know, like in the years later, I seen the 13 ghosts of Scooby-Doo, and stuff. Yeah.
01:56And, um, I got, um, I kind of like, um, like a pup named Scooby-Doo was one of my
02:04favorites, Sagamore cartoons.
02:07But, um, the original cartoon, as, um, as I got older, I kind of, I kind of, um, I like
02:17it more, but I still like, um, a pup named Scooby-Doo,
02:21because that one, that one's still one of my favorites. So, like, like, um, Scooby-Doo, where are you? Um,
02:29like I, you know,
02:30I've seen a, seen a little bit of it with like a small child, and I remember, and I remember
02:35like during the 1990s, it was like on
02:39cartoon records, and then like years later when I had like, um, Boomerang, I will watch it, and then I
02:47got, um,
02:49and I ended up getting on DVD and following on Blu-ray. But, um, as I got older, I kind
02:57of, I kind of like
02:58the original cartoon, um, a lot more, even though a funny Scooby-Doo is one of my favorites.
03:06And this one, um, you know, um, Scooby-Doo, where are you? Um, they, they made a lot of other
03:16Scooby-Doo cartoons. But the, this one, the thing I like about this one of Scooby-Doo, where are you?
03:24And, um, it takes place, it takes place at night. Like, you got like, um, you know, Scooby, Shaggy,
03:33Fred, Daphne, Velma. Like, at night, they like saw mysteries. And like, it's like at nighttime.
03:43And like, the, the, the bad, the bad guys, you know, like each of the bad guys, you know,
03:48like each of the bad guys, even though they're in a costume, they always, the bad guys always
03:53look creepy. And I always, like, um, like when I got older, when I, when I watched this, I
04:02always watched like at night, like, like at least like eight o'clock at night, or like nine o'clock
04:09at night, or 10. You know, it was, that was, this one, this, this one's one of those Scooby-Doo
04:17cartoons I like watched at night. And like, and like when I got older, I like to, um, I
04:24like to think of it like, kind of like horror, but it's not really horror. It was like, you
04:30know, like group teenagers and the dog, they at night, they saw mysteries and stuff. And
04:37like, and like the bad guys always like a guy, guy in a costume. Stuff, yeah. So, um, yeah.
04:47That front, the spine, and the back. So the, so right there, you got, um, Shaggy, Fred,
05:01Scooby, Daphne, Velma. And on, on the back has bonus features as Scooby-Doo 41, 50 years of
05:10Scooby snacks. My life with Scooby-Doo, Frank Welker's anime, Johnny, Scooby-Doo, Lost City of
05:18Gold Trailer. So yeah. So pretty much the, the original DVD, all the special features on the
05:28original DVD is on this Blu-Ray. And this Blu-Ray also has, um, more special features that's on, on
05:37the
05:38original DVD. So yeah. So the, you know, the slip cover, the front, spine, back, spine. And if you take
05:55it out, it's the,
05:59the, the, the, the case, the front, spine, and the back. If, um, if you, if, um, so, so when
06:10I, when I got this,
06:14the, the, the, the, the, the, the disc is, it's for, it's for a disc, but it's all, all on
06:21top of another,
06:22it's all on stack of another. So when I got this, I had to take it out, but this is
06:27the, this is the
06:28regular Blu-Ray case. So, so normally if you get this, there's like two discs on top of another here,
06:38another two on here. So, um, that's all, that's the only complaint I have about the, um, the Blu-Rays.
06:48I wish they had, like, like, um, like a tray, a tray holder. Well, if they, if they did, I
06:54don't know if,
06:55I don't know if, um, if they, if they made more, like, a tray holder for this, I'm willing to
07:01pay more.
07:02So, uh, so, um, so I had to, um, at, when I got, when I, when I got this, I
07:11had to take all the
07:12discs out and put it, like, you know, like a Blu-Ray case. So this one, like, I had, like,
07:19a
07:19extra Blu-Ray case. Oh, yeah. So this one, Shaggy and Scooby. This two is a picture of, um,
07:38Velma. That's this two. Three is Daphne. Four is Fred. And, um, and the, in the Blu-Ray comes with,
07:52um,
07:54like, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a sort. It has less of episodes. But, like,
08:00yeah, this one, this two,
08:02this three, and this four. And, yeah, on the back, it has, um, yeah, less of special features. So,
08:10it has a list of all episodes on this one, this two, this three, this four. So, um,
08:22yeah, so, um, so, Scooby, Scooby-Doo's very, um, was popular. Like, I, after the scheme,
08:31out, they, you know, like, they did one with, um, another one with, um, Scrappy. They, they made,
08:37like, a bunch of other Scooby-Doo cartoons throughout the years. Um, they also, like, um,
08:45Hannah, Hannah-Barbera and Ruby, and Ruby Spears. They did, um, they also did, like, a bunch of
08:51cartoons that was, like, kind of similar to Scooby-Doo, like, where, where, like, a group of teenagers,
08:59and they had, like, something with them to some mysteries, like, um, like, um, Funky Phantom,
09:07you know, Speed Buggy, Jabba Jaw, and, like, other ones. So, yeah. There's also, um,
09:19I also have a photo of Scooby-Doo. So, yeah. So, yeah. Scooby-Doo, where are you? So, you know,
09:29Fred, Daphne, Scooby, Shaggy, Daphne, like, you know, the background is very, um, it's like a castle,
09:36you know, yeah, it takes place at night. So, um, yeah, I like this picture. So, like, um,
09:43this picture, I print this out online. Um, so, if you, um, if you, if you like Scooby-Doo,
09:59and if you're a huge fan of Scooby-Doo, if you want to get some Blu-ray, you could. Um,
10:05for those
10:06who never seen Scooby-Doo, like, um, the original cartoon Scooby-Doo, where are you? It might be
10:12online. And that's about it.
