00:36They went after you and sent in the fraud center.
00:38They called the Leering Center.

00:41And asked the Leering Center if they were committing fraud.
00:43That was the extent of their reporting.
00:46But now, finally, people have an incentive to actually go out and expose fraud.
00:50And when you expose fraud, it helps save America.

00:53These fraudsters take from the poor and needy who actually need the services that we all work hard to pay

00:59And we take that and they then buy Mercedes.
01:02They then send that money overseas.
01:04But now, for the first time ever, there will be an incentive for people to actually go out and make
01:07that change inside their own community.
01:09So I hope by today, millions of people are empowered inside of the United States to go out and actually
01:14make a change inside your own community.
01:15And you'll actually be rewarded for saving America money.

01:53That amount of money could pay the entire budget of the $110,000 DOJ workforce 13 times over.
02:01If fraud were its own department, it would be one of the most expensive departments in the entire federal government.

02:30And as Mr. Ferguson said, today we have filed a complaint in Minnesota seeking to seize half a block of
02:38property that was funded by fraud proceeds meant to serve our hungry children in Minnesota.
02:45It instead went to the fraudsters to buy property.

02:49We have filed a civil forfeiture complaint to take back that property for the American people.

03:13You're the only reason that we've already recovered a quarter of a trillion dollars on our way to a trillion

03:21As the President says, it's enough to balance the budget.
03:24The main thing I want the American people to know is that if you're a middle-class taxpayer in this
03:29country, before President Trump came along,
03:31you spent half your working life paying for frosters and scammers, many of whom are refugees, illegal aliens, and foreigners
03:42who came to this country to loot and plunder us.
03:44So think about that.
03:45Before President Trump came along, you went to work every day.
03:48You worked in an office or a construction site or as an electrician or as an accountant, whatever your career
03:54was.
03:55And you worked every single day to provide for yourself, your family, your loved ones, to send your tax dollars
04:01to the state of California, to the federal government to do what?
04:05To pay for people that are robbing us blind, that are looting us, pillaging us, plundering us.
04:11People like Nick Exposed, they came here from Somalia, been living here for a year or two.
04:16They say, I'm going to open up a fake daycare.
04:18I'll tell Keith Ellison, I'll tell Governor Walz, I'm taking care of 200 kids.
04:24Send me a check for $30 million.
04:26What do they do?
04:27They buy Mercedes, they buy BMWs, they buy a mansion, they buy a nice house.
04:32All their kids fly first class all over the world.
04:35They are living the high life.
04:38Well, you, the American citizen, who's worked your entire life and done it the right way,
04:43you paid every parking ticket you ever had, are funding that lifestyle.
04:48That's what the Democrat Party did to you.
04:51And their plan is they want to bring in another 10, 20, 30 million more people to loot you and
04:56rob you and take everything you have.
04:58President Trump is the one leader in American history who stood up and said, this isn't going to happen anymore.
05:05We're going to protect our taxpayers.
05:07We're going to protect our citizens.
05:08The looting will stop.
05:09The pillaging will stop.
05:11The robbing will stop.
05:12And it's actually happening.
05:13And I, as a citizen, not just as a staffer, but as a citizen, am endlessly grateful to this president
05:19for having the courage to do what no American president has ever done before.

05:41On fraud, could the amount of fraud that you have saved or are saving the American people, as well as
05:48the government waste you're cutting, could that make a difference with the deficit next year?
05:52Oh, absolutely.
05:53A big, tremendous difference.

05:55We're looking at it very closely, the deficit.
05:58And, you know, I'm cutting back the deficit with these countries where we do business and we have deficits with
06:04almost everybody.
06:05Canada, $90 billion.
06:08Mexico, $175 billion.
06:11European Union, $225 billion.
06:16Well, we're cutting them way back to the old days.
06:21But you know what the old days were?
06:23How about, like, 30 years ago?
06:25Okay.
06:26A long time ago.
06:27No, we're getting back to basics.
06:29This country is doing so well now.
06:31It's amazing.
06:31But this is a big impact.
06:33And I think it's a big psychological.
06:35Not only money, it's a big psychological.
06:37It's a corrupt.
06:39Many countries are corrupt.
06:40But this is just such a big part of the country is corrupt.
06:45We need borders.
06:46We need good elections.
06:47We need great journalists.
06:48And we have to stop the tremendous fraud that's been going.
06:51A lot of what we want to do, and JD's working on this with pretty much the group behind me
06:57and then some.
06:58We have a rough vote.
07:00We're going to be very, very strong on the budget this year and what we're doing with respect to the
07:06budget.
07:07I think you're going to see some things that are going to be very impressive.
07:12Because we're taking in more money.
07:14The growth of the country is enormous, which other countries don't have.
07:18We have great growth because of the $22.2 trillion coming in.
07:22We have tremendous growth.
07:23We have factories and plants going up at a level that we've never seen before.
07:27But we're going to be doing some very good things.
07:30So I'm concerned about the growth of France a little bit.
07:33With France, you've seen the economic conditions in France at the moment.
07:36You've seen the pictures coming from France at the moment.
07:39How concerned are you that the socialist agenda will bring some of those same financial difficulties to the United States?
07:44Well, we've done a couple of things that are different.
07:46Number one, I mentioned the word growth.
07:48We have more growth.
07:50We will have at the end of this year within the next little while.
07:54It's already happening very substantially.
07:55We have more growth than this country has ever had.
07:58And we have more growth than any country in the world is having right now.
08:02France has no growth.
08:03France is growing the other way.
08:05And that's because its social programs are brutal.
08:08And no matter what you do, I mean, it's not enough.
08:11But I still say, and I say it, and some people think it's a little controversial.
08:15I don't care.
08:16It's an immigration problem.
08:17We have people that poured into France.
08:19And they were also unchecked, unvetted, like with Biden when he was doing.
08:23We don't do that.
08:24We got many of them out.
08:25And we're getting many more out.
08:28We got the bad one.
08:29The worst of the worst.
08:30We got, I would say, a large percentage of them out.
08:33We have some that we're hunting down.
08:35But we have tremendous growth and we have closed borders.
08:39So for 17 months, not one person has come into our country illegally.
08:44Think of that.
08:45Not one.
08:46And the people that do that list are, you know, they call them leaning left.
08:50You know what leaning left means?
08:51If they had somebody, they'd love to be able to say it.
08:54We haven't had one person in the last 17 months come into our country illegally.
08:59In the case of France and all of Europe, you saw what happened in Spain where they bum-rushed Spain.
09:05They came in by the tens of thousands.
09:08All just poured right into Spain.
09:11And Spain's not doing anything about it.
09:13They just sent them.
09:14They got in.
09:15They came from all parts of the world and from very, very troubled countries.
09:22It's, Europe has to change this way.
