00:00Alright, let's talk about something your desktop might actually need.
00:04I dug through the cheapest end of the Wi-Fi adapter market and pulled out the 5 best deals under
00:09$10.
00:10If your rig is stuck on a busted PCIe card, or you're running Ethernet to a laptop,
00:15one of these is gonna fix you for the price of a sandwich.
00:18First up, the AX900 Wi-Fi 6 dongle with Bluetooth 5.4846.
00:24This is the one I'd grab if your desktop has zero Bluetooth.
00:28Combo dongles are underrated, plug one thing in and suddenly you got Wi-Fi and wireless headphones at the same
00:34time.
00:35Dual band, 2.4 and 5 GHz, driver-free on Windows 10 and 11.
00:40Plug it in, restart, you're online.
00:44Second is the 1800-megabit Wi-Fi 6 adapter with a high-gain antenna, 996.
00:50That's the fastest link speed on this list and it comes with a real antenna sticking out the side,
00:55which matters if your router sits in another room or down the hall.
00:58It's USB 3.0, so use the blue port on your desktop, it'll run cooler and actually hold that speed.
01:05Only knock is it costs the most here and the reviews sit a touch lower than the rest.
01:10Third one's my personal favorite.
01:13The 1300-megabit adapter with Bluetooth 5.4 and 4 antennas, $8.02.
01:19For antennas sounds like marketing fluff, but on this thing it genuinely helps with signal strength and stability.
01:26Look at that rating though, 4.9 stars, and thousands of people using it daily.
01:32Bluetooth plus dual band plus a real 802.11 axe chip under $10 is the sweet spot of this whole
01:38list.
01:39Fourth is the cheapest option and it's not even close.
01:42The Fendi AX-286 Wi-Fi 6 mini dongle, $5.10
01:48AX-286 is a chipset people actually respect, it's the same family you find inside fancier cards.
01:55It's tiny, barely sticks out of the port, and the driver installs itself so you're not hunting around online at
02:00midnight.
02:01If you just need Wi-Fi to work again, this is the safe, boring, cheap bet.
02:07Last one might be the best deal of all.
02:10Another 1800-megabit Wi-Fi 6 USB 3.0 adapter with a high-gain antenna, but $7.15 instead of
02:16$9.96
02:18Same speed class, same USB 3.0, same antenna style, almost $3 cheaper, $4.9 rating, $3,000 sold.
02:26If you're torn between this and number 2 on the list, just take this one and pocket the change.
02:32All 5 links are in the description, price check today, so grab whichever one fits your rig.
02:38If this saved you a trip to the computer store, hit like, and subscribe, I'll keep hunting down these deals.
02:43Thank you very much for leaving.
