00:00We wanted to do this in a way that people feel comfortable using it and people around the user feel
00:04comfortable about its existence.
00:06Sure. What do you think about the backlash around what people are calling pervert glasses to some?
00:13That's quite a marketing slogan.
00:16If you do enter, let's just say, AI wearables in general, how do you make sure that people continue to
00:22trust your stance on privacy even as you get into new markets?
00:27Whenever we do anything, we always do it with an eye towards privacy and security.
00:31It's something we take very seriously and approach very thoughtfully.
00:34And I think it's been possible to record audio or create a transcript with apps on watches and phones for
00:41a long time.
00:42And we wanted to build something that was very privacy first.
00:45And so you look at Siri Recap and there is no transcript.
00:49There is no recording.
00:50Even the owner of the watch can't see the recording.
00:53It doesn't exist.
00:53That's so important.
00:54I think a lot of people glanced over that and thought, you know, it's recording you all day.
01:01It's not recording you at all.
01:02That's why we had to create a whole new chip for the watch that has this X-Clave on it
01:08that allows us to only keep that audio for the moment it needs to be processed, right?
01:14To create very high-level notes of what's going on.
01:18As John said, no transcript, no recording at all.
01:20And if we don't have a recording, it means no one else has a recording.
