00:00Best Food Grade Silicone Hose Under $5 Voice Over Script
00:04Ok so I was on a hunt recently, trying to find food grade silicone hose that wouldn't wreck my budget.
00:10Because you know how it goes, you start a brewing setup or a drink dispenser, and suddenly you're paying 8,
00:1510 bucks just for the tubing.
00:17So I dug through everything under $5, and honestly?
00:22These 5 are the ones that actually surprised me.
00:25Let's go.
00:27First up is the colorful one, the 1 meter silicone tube with a bunch of inner diameters from 2 millimeters
00:33all the way up to 12 millimeters.
00:35This one's about $3.93, and I think the thing that sold me is the colors, it's not that sad
00:40gray tubing, it's actually fun to look at, which matters if it's sitting out on your counter.
00:45Food grade, soft, flexible, and honestly the price per meter is kind of a steal if you only need a
00:51short run of it.
00:52Good first pick if you're building a drink line and you want it to look nice.
00:56Now the 5 meter roll, and this is the one I actually ended up using.
01:02372 for 5 meters, do the math on that, you're talking about under a dollar a meter.
01:07It comes in inner diameters from 1 millimeter up to 16 millimeters, which is honestly the widest range of anything
01:13on this list, so whatever size your tubing needs to fit, there's a match.
01:18It's non-toxic, it bends without kinking, and it handled hot and cold liquids with zero complaints.
01:24If you're hooking up a beverage line, this is the value pick.
01:28Next is the cheapest one on the whole list, and I want to stress how cheap this is, 63 cents.
01:34That's not a typo.
01:36It's a short piece, just a fraction of a meter, but it's crystal clear, which is the whole point, because
01:41you can actually see the liquid moving through it and spot bubbles or a blockage.
01:46Inner diameters run from 0.5 millimeters up to 12, and for the price of a coffee, it's the perfect
01:51bit for a cocktail line, a straw line, a pump setup.
01:55Honestly, try buying a single piece of tubing for less than a dollar.
01:59You can't.
02:01The 10-meter transparent roll is the big one, and it's also the highest rated of the bunch, nearly 5
02:06stars.
02:08361 for 10 meters of clear food-grade silicone, in sizes from 2 millimeters up to 20 millimeters.
02:15This is the one to grab if you're running water, or building an aquarium, or doing anything in the garden
02:20where you need length and visibility at the same time.
02:23That 20-millimeter option is thick, which means you can push real volume through it.
02:28It's flexible, it doesn't get brittle, and for a dollar less per meter long run, nothing else compares.
02:35Skipped, camera cues, timestamps, b-roll notes, add one edit pass needs sync points.
02:40No voiceover for price disclaimer on January 5th meter listings, ambiguous length, ask seller before promising length and script.
