00:00So I've been using my Nanoleaf mask for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love this mask.
00:06So I have had a few of these masks before, and I've always taken the eyepieces out because the
00:12light hasn't bothered me at all, and the eyepieces have felt to me bulky. This one though, I've
00:17actually left the eyepieces in because the light to me anyway seems brighter than any other masks
00:24I've had, and that's probably because they pack 432 LEDs into this mask, which is more LEDs I think
00:33than other masks around the same price point. And so the light to me does seem brighter, and I think
00:38probably that's a good thing because I imagine your skin is getting a really good dispersion of that
00:43light and probably eliminating what's called cold spots or bits of skin that aren't getting as maybe
00:50concentrated light as the other bits are. And so in terms of using it though, it's so user-friendly,
00:57like the silicone's beautiful and soft and flexible, and the Velcro strap is really comfortable
01:03because I like how it's broad, but it is strong Velcro. So I noticed that when I first started
01:11using it, I put it on and the first few goes trying to get it off, like I actually had
01:16to really get my
01:17fingernail sort of under and pull it. Like it's getting easier now, but it does have strong Velcro,
01:23so it's kind of got the Velcro that you wish maybe your sandals had, really nice and strong.
01:27But look, it's beautiful. I try to use it daily, and I mainly use the red light, although I do
01:35use
01:35the white light as well. But lately I've actually been using the green too, so I'm going to pop it
01:40on.
01:41It goes for 10 minutes, so I'll put it on. And I'll also show you how user-friendly the
01:46handheld device is, like it's so easy to use. So you just turn it on at the top button there,
01:53and it's on red at the moment, but I'm going to just choose green, so it's the second button there.
01:59And there I've got green, and green is around the 518 to 525, I think nanometer or somewhere around
02:05that ballpark. And my skin does tend to sometimes get red and sort of a bit flush, so green is
02:12kind
02:12of nice and calming, and when I'm wearing it, it sort of gives a calming effect all over, to be
02:19honest.
