00:05Hello, I'm Sean Ford with The Advocate and I'm here with Simon Wanda at the Devonport Showground.
00:09Simon is behind the development plans for this site.
00:14So Simon, what's coming up next at the old Devonport Showground?
00:17It's great to have you here today, Sean.
00:19So yeah, we're at a really exciting stage of the project.
00:21It's been a lot of work going to get to this point.
00:24But very shortly we'll be able to start releasing the first development areas of the site.
00:29Some of that will be homes and other parts will be some of the first essential services and community infrastructure
00:35that will form part of the eventual precinct.
00:38So over the next couple of months we'll be able to start sharing each of those new development pieces.
00:43It'll be really exciting.
00:44Okay, I'm sure people will be very interested.
00:46Thank you, Simon.
00:46Thanks, Sean.
