00:27This individual is actually just a chiropractor, but he would pose as an MD,
00:31and they were ordering surgeries that were medically unnecessary for people.
00:35They were going into their arteries and their legs, doing an operation that's to remove plaque.
00:41A lot of people didn't need it.
00:42They did the surgeries on them, and they did it multiple times.
00:45So they would say, actually, this first surgery wasn't successful.
00:48We need to do it again.
00:49This was all just to bill Medicare, just to churn money,
00:53so they can buy mansions like this and really nice property.
00:57So it's the doctors that are really the most egregious actors
