01:20coming in dana white's coming and saying he's gonna fix boxing because boxing is messed up by
01:24the way he's not wrong now the the promoter the promoter manager of anthony joshua is a guy named
01:31eddie hearn he's feuding with the legend of the sport but the guy putting up the money turkey the
01:35saudi arabian guy is making them work together and there's been a big rift one of the big things that's
01:41happened that that shows the cracks in the zufa armor because they're coming in with all the money
01:46they're putting together these big fights they put together the ryan garcia connor ben fight that
01:50happened recently they're actually getting a lot of criticism from the ufc guys because they're
01:54giving boxers all this money they gave connor ben 15 million dollars for one fight one round
01:58and the ufc guys oh when he got his knee buckled in the beginning so um the the zoo the

02:04zufas are showing because a major uh lightweight fighter named shakur stevenson yes one of the biggest
02:11names in boxing signed with zufa and that was one of the big guests like oh my god this guy's
02:15a sign that
02:16they were bringing the top talent in his prime he got released this week he asked for his release
02:20because zufa wasn't making the fights that he wanted to make so he was going to fight devon
02:23haney that that's been put on hold so we'll see what happens now zufa might still be involved but
02:28they don't have a lockdown on him the thing with the thing with boxers is they can go in between
02:31promoters that whereas the ufc locks down fighters kind of like an mls system where they own the
02:37fighters and the fighters get paid by the company very much like the mexican lucha libre and exactly and so
02:42so in boxing there's a higher seating there's the the biggest paychecks are bigger but the lower
02:47paychecks are also much lower than than the minimum wage for so that's what that's what that what
02:52zufa and uh they in a way are trying to kind of level up yeah well i think that was

02:59to do with boxing what they did with mma create a league instead of a bunch of different promotions
