00:00So here this facility is a 10 unit GEA robotic milk plant. It's got a 34,000
00:09litre Mueller milk tank and we're currently milking 530 cows and I think
00:14600 is the aim here which should be very achievable. It's the best way to
00:19milk a cow, it's more accurate than anyone cupping off or removing themselves.
00:26You've got it's reducing labour which is a big key thing in Australia so that
00:31that's you know they're the main things and in it's also great hygiene for the
00:36cow as well because our robotic milker actually cleans the teat milks and then
00:42teat sprays all in one so all in one liner which is a really big advantage so yeah.
00:47Look it's it's still a while to go really they're not very common I believe they
00:52should be. I think as labour gets harder to get you know people don't really want
00:55to cup up cows anymore it's got to come into its own I think we just got to get
01:01a little bit more positive I mean this is a success story here the farms really
01:05going well and and there's a lot of robotic operations around the country
01:09that are going well so we just need to get it positive and get farmers from the
01:14right mindset to to want to go this way you know the advantage of the GEA robots
01:19we got you know we got the Dairy Pro Q which is a road the rotary robotic milker
01:24as well so we can go to large-scale you know dairy farms so we can start
01:29anywhere you want one robot will do between 50 and 60 cows depending on
01:33leaders and then you know you can milk thousands of cows with your Dairy Pro Q
01:37which is happening around the world you know they're there the the technology is
01:42there for everyone
