00:00Best UV Flashlights Under $25 for Finding Hidden Stains, Voice Over Script
00:05Ever walked into a room and felt like something was off, but you couldn't prove it?
00:10Same.
00:11So I went and found the best UV flashlights under $25 for finding hidden stains,
00:16and tested all 5 in a pitch black room.
00:19A couple of these are shockingly good for the money.
00:22Let's get into it.
00:24First up, this zoomable one at 1148.
00:28The zoom lens is the whole trick, twist it and the beam goes from a wide wash to a tight
00:32hotspot,
00:33so you can scan an entire couch and then punch in on that one suspicious patch.
00:37It runs both 365 and 395 nanometer, which is a lot for the price.
00:444,900 people bought it and rated it 4.9.
00:48Cheap, versatile, hard to beat.
00:51Next, the big one at 60 watts of 365 nanometer, 2451.
00:56This is the one you grab when you actually want answers.
01:01365 is the wavelength that makes urine and a lot of other organic stains light up hard,
01:06and 60 watts of it is genuinely bright.
01:09Rechargeable, so no hunting for a ace at midnight.
01:12Most expensive here, but it's the closest thing to a professional inspection light at this price.
01:18Then the 128 LED 1, 2020.
01:22This isn't a thrower, it's a flood pointed at a wall or a floor and a huge patch lights up
01:26at once,
01:27which is perfect for a fast pass over a mattress or a rug before you commit.
01:32395 nanometer gives you more visible purple,
01:35so it's less of a precision stain light and more of a general black light.
01:39Still 4.8 stars over 4,000 sales.
01:42This little mini is 581, and I keep it in my glove box.
01:47Palm-sized, real 365 nanometer, USB charging, no batteries, no fuss.
01:53It won't light up a room, but it's the one you'll actually carry,
01:56and the one you carry is the one that gets used.
01:594.9 stars, 3,800 sold.
02:03Under 6 bucks, it's an easy add-on.
02:06Quick tip, 365 nanometer is the one for stains,
02:10and the room has to be actually dark, you'll see nothing in daylight.
