The School for Bad Boys introduces a challenging school environment where the troubled sons of wealthy families are sent to Maplewood Reform School, their last stop before prison. Cody Calloway, an openly gay teenager, joins the school only to discover that he is not welcome.
The students at Maplewood come from privileged backgrounds, but their behavioral problems have brought them to a place designed for boys in serious trouble. Cody's arrival creates a compelling starting point for a drama about identity, social tension, and the difficulty of finding acceptance among rebellious classmates.
This 2026 TV mini series combines school drama with the fast-paced storytelling of a micro-drama. The reform school setting distinguishes it from ordinary teen series, placing the characters in an environment where their behavior and relationships carry significant weight.
The School for Bad Boys is worth exploring for viewers who enjoy ensemble school stories, troubled teen characters, and plots about navigating unfamiliar social worlds. Cody's experience at Maplewood provides the central perspective on a school where being different can make an already difficult situation even harder.
