Traditional Turkish Ebru art, also known as paper marbling, relies on floating delicate pigment droplets over a thickened liquid bath to form intricate, fluid designs.

The clip captures Esma demonstrating this ancient art form as she crafts a delicate floral print directly onto the water's surface.

Using specialized brushes and tools, she carefully deposits drops of pigment into the liquid tray, manipulating the floating colors to shape soft pink petals and detailed green leaves.

Once the vibrant flower is fully formed and floating seamlessly on top of the water, Esma carefully lays a sheet of paper over the surface.

In one smooth motion, the paper absorbs the liquid design, transferring the intricate floral artwork from the water onto the page with complete precision.
