00:00Hashtag Top 5 Gutter Guard Rolls for Fallen Leaves
00:03Fallen leaves are the fastest way to turn a rainy October into a flooded basement,
00:08and I've been on the hunt for the best deals on the Top 5 Gutter Guard Rolls for Fallen Leaves.
00:13These are the ones I'd actually put on my own roof, no sponsored fluff,
00:16just the rolls that are holding up after a full season of wet, soggy oak leaves.
00:21Let's get into it.
00:23Kicking things off with the easy install gutter guard mesh roll with hooks,
00:26this is the one that made me go, okay, this is going on today.
00:30The whole design is built around one simple idea, you unroll it, you drop it into the gutter,
00:35and those integrated hooks lock it in place so it doesn't sag or blow away when November wind comes
00:40knocking. It's plastic, so it won't rust, and the fine mesh doubles as a bird blocker,
00:45squirrels and sparrows can't nest in there. At 1697, with nearly 5,000 sold and a solid 4.6 rating,
00:53it's the sweet spot if you want a weekend project that's basically one afternoon.
00:57Best bang for your buck for the average homeowner.
01:01Number 2 is the easy install 315-inch Gutter Guard Mesh Roll, the TY0376 model.
01:07The headline feature here is coverage, 315 inches is a full run for most homes,
01:13so one roll handles the entire gutter line without you splicing pieces together mid-span,
01:17which is honestly where most DIY installs fail.
01:20Same hook-and-drop installation, same bird-blocking plastic mesh,
01:24but with enough length to protect every eave on the house.
01:28Yes, 3964 is more money than the others on this list, and I'll be straight with you,
01:32for a small porch or a single section, this is overkill.
01:36But if you're covering a two-story or a long roofline,
01:39buying one roll and finishing the job in a single Saturday is worth the premium.
01:43Now, the one I think has the best rating on the list, 5 stars,
01:47the Aluminum Gutter Guard Mesh Leaf Protection Screen.
01:50This is the upgrade material.
01:53Aluminum doesn't rust, doesn't sag the way cheap plastic can in summer heat,
01:57and it's a breeze to cut with ordinary scissors,
01:59so you can trim it to fit awkward corners, valleys,
02:02and those weird little returns around your downspouts.
02:05A lot of people skip aluminum because they assume it's pricier,
02:08but at 1616 this is actually one of the cheapest rolls here.
02:12If you plan on leaving guards up for years and want them to survive sun and storms,
02:17this is the sleeper pick.
02:19Next up is the KSOL Gutter Guard Mesh Filter Gutter Cover,
02:22and the feature that sold me is the 10 fixed cable ties included.
02:26Everyone else on this list gives you hooks,
02:28this one gives you hooks and hardware,
02:30so you can actually anchor the screen to the gutter lip and to your fascia
02:33and have it stay put through a full hurricane of falling leaves.
02:37Mesh netting, DIY installation, cut to fit,
02:40and with a 4.9 rating from real buyers, people clearly like it.
02:441619 for a complete kit with mounting hardware?
02:48That's the deal I keep coming back to for anyone who hates the idea of guards
02:52peeling off in a January wind.
02:54Alright, that's my rundown on the top 5 gutter guard rules for fallen leaves.
02:59All 5 links are down in the description, tap over,
03:02check the sizes against your gutter,
03:04and grab whichever one fits your roof and your budget.
03:07If this saved you from a clogged downspout and a plumber's bill,
03:10hit like, leave a comment telling me which one you went with,
03:13and subscribe so you don't miss the next one.
