00:07He's got an incredible personality.
00:10Like when you're around him he's a guy that like people just naturally gravitate to.
00:15You know, he's got a really infectious relationship with his teammates
00:20and now he's learning like how to put it all together with the messaging
00:25and the approach and the lead by example and holding his teammates accountable
00:31and holding himself accountable.
00:33So it's been really fun to watch him mature
00:37and everybody like kind of maturing alongside of him too, you know.
