00:31That big blue climb up a mountain you see there, that happened under Biden.
00:36That's where housing costs soared.
00:38And then that tiny little sliver at the end, that's where we are now under President Trump's term.
00:44Here's another great way to look at this graph.
00:46Under Bush, they went up, kind of came back down.
00:49Under Obama, stayed about the same, went up a little bit there at the end.
00:53Under Trump's first term, stayed about level, went up a little bit at the end again.
00:57And then under Biden is where the large jump in home prices and unaffordability happened.
