Despite a solid combat foundation, Marvel's Wolverine has been met with negative reviews. The community director for Insomniac Games has stated they are "100% listening" and working hard to address player feedback.

00:00Marvel's Wolverine is the worst reviewed Insomniac game in a decade.
00:04While the game does have solid combat foundations and good performances from its lead characters,
00:09its story never ultimately coheres, the fighting peaks way too early, and it's extremely limited
00:14in scope compared to modern first-party PlayStation titles.
00:17Insomniac Games Community Director James Stevenson responded to the lower review scores, saying
00:23We have been 100% listening over the last few days.
00:26The team has been cooking hard today in response to some of the feedback.
00:30While multiplayer or live service projects overhauling themselves and turning things around
00:34isn't too new a concept, it's also started to become a thing in single-player games in
00:39recent time.
00:40Crimson Desert released earlier this year and has been constantly updating itself based on
00:45player complaints, so in some cases you really are better off waiting a few years for things
00:49to get changed in a game.
00:51Are you playing Marvel's Wolverine this week, or will you be waiting until it improves?
