00:00And another thing I would like to add to that is something that you have pointed out to me is
00:04no matter how old you are, it's never too late to start your dreams.
00:08I mean, I started way later in life than most people, and I'm glad I started.
00:12You never know what's going to happen if you don't try.
00:14No, and that's right.
00:15That's the biggest thing, the biggest takeaway.
00:18Dreams don't have an expiration date.
00:19They don't.
00:20Like, the only expiration date they actually have is when you no longer breathe, like when you expire.
00:25So you can always, and the thing is, if something doesn't work out, and that's something that everybody who's actually
00:31achieved any level of success will tell you, they've failed a million times.
00:35But it's the fact that they realize that just because something failed doesn't mean that they're a failure.
00:40It doesn't mean that it's the end of the world.
00:42And if you define yourself based on wins and losses like that, then you will stunt your ability to actually
00:49create the life that you want.
00:51Because you'll be so focused on all of that negative that you feel it becomes a prison of its own
00:57making, and you get stuck in there, and you become stagnant.
01:00So you have to finally look at it and go, how can I pry the bars apart?
01:03And then just do little steps until you get there.
