00:00:26This show is so cool, I can talk to you right now.
00:00:29This show is so cool.
00:00:32Are we on now?
00:00:34We're live, okay.
00:00:36Salam sejahtera, selamat datang ke Pemain Kedoblas.
00:00:39He's having his drink.
00:00:40This show is so loose that even Roshan isn't here.
00:00:44Wait, wait, wait, I'm coming, hold on.
00:00:45Welcome to Pemain Kedoblas,
00:00:48the only show that's in dual language and bahasa dan juga ada in bahasa English.
00:00:53With myself Roshan Saleh, Sapi Saleh and also Roshan Naran who's just getting his...
00:00:58What are you getting? Thai milk tea?
00:01:00Milk Thai tea.
00:01:01Thai milk tea, sorry.
00:01:03English is my first language.
00:01:04Don't say it another way.
00:01:04We actually have a guest and he just got here.
00:01:07He's getting mic'd up as well.
00:01:09So we're gonna have a quite a wild show tonight because United are playing.
00:01:15So if you're a Tottenham fan, well done.
00:01:17If you're a Manchester United fan, well, you're done.
00:01:21And also we have the French Open final right now where Malaysia has...
00:01:29Memang dah dapat menang final.
00:01:34Men's double is Malaysia-lava Malaysia.
00:01:36Tapi kita bagi harapan kepada women's double di mana Perli dan Tina is playing in the final for the French
00:01:43Open.
00:01:43So we're looking for...
00:01:44They're meeting another set of guests...
00:01:47Players from...
00:01:49Oh, legend!
00:01:50Let him come in!
00:01:51There's two legends on the show today!
00:01:52Yay!
00:01:54Yay!
00:01:56Come and sit down.
00:01:57We have...
00:01:59Not his behind but his front!
00:02:02Oh my god, really?
00:02:04Who's joined us tonight for the last Sunday of October.
00:02:10Oh, okay.
00:02:11Yes.
00:02:11Fast.
00:02:12This is episode number 56.
00:02:14So you can speak in any language.
00:02:16Can I say something?
00:02:17This is so cool to be sitting next to him.
00:02:19Because at one point in time as a TV host, right, you'd always like read your name and talk about
00:02:24you.
00:02:24And then I had a website called Fourth Official and that thought process was to pour more homage to athletes
00:02:31from Malaysia,
00:02:32coaches, people who are running stadiums, like behind the scenes as well.
00:02:36So the sit down beside you for the first time.
00:02:38It's like me seeing Safi for the first time.
00:02:40I was like...
00:02:41Yeah!
00:02:42So I'm between two...
00:02:44Fanboy moment.
00:02:44Two sports legends here.
00:02:46So I'm like...
00:02:47Hey!
00:02:48Actually...
00:02:48I'll tell you...
00:02:50Well, actually I've got...
00:02:51I'll talk about it a bit later on.
00:02:53Okay.
00:02:54But first, before we continue...
00:02:56I want to tell you...
00:02:57I want to tell you...
00:02:57All of the viewers and listeners later...
00:02:59When we are at 12, we will start with the same time for the next episode.
00:03:07From 9.45pm...
00:03:09We will try to stop at 11.00pm.
00:03:14This is how...
00:03:15Sounds like a program election program.
00:03:17so we need to finish by 11 because you know we we're all tired and all that and
00:03:23it's it's only fair to everyone that we finish 11 not carry on until you know
00:03:29our next day we tend to go on quite a bit this is the only show it's gonna be
00:03:35like really really so if you can say anything you want without swearing
00:03:39that's yeah so uh show ni pun ada dua bahasa yeah sometimes free you but
00:04:03the first time you represented Malaysia they they said you know you're up you're
00:04:12gonna be there at the senior level not the junior levels you're gonna be up
00:04:16there with the best of the best what was that feeling like for you they never
00:04:20said that to me well whoa 1999 this is 1999 Wow like I I come back to Malaysia for the
00:04:35first time in many years right so I'm a hundred percent Americanized right so I'm
00:04:43I like come I I I come to Bukit Jalil to MSN and I bring my bike and I make
00:04:51a
00:04:52appointment with NJ Fazin the late NJ Fazin and I put my passport and I put my
00:04:58medal my US national championship medal and I said I want to represent national team
00:05:04so do you have a competition I bring my bike back my track bike also and I I stayed there
00:05:10for about seven hours the whole day to convince him to put a competition on so I can show prove
00:05:17to
00:05:17him my level 1999 I was 19 I was old man you're still young so that's a good question right
00:05:31you've come from another environment where
00:05:33yeah you've been training for years so you've got the best of the best in terms of you know just
00:05:38not you
00:05:39know getting your place into that that elite athlete so you've come over here what was the biggest thing for
00:05:45you in terms of like wow
00:05:47there's a big difference in terms of how we use the word professionalism but the
00:05:51approach to being a professional athlete well I mean as far as I could tell that
00:05:57they had a centralized training they had like over in the US they had Olympic
00:06:02training center and here they have MSN but they had maybe a dozen cyclists that
00:06:08were staying at Bukit Jalil and as far as I could tell they're just targeting sea
00:06:14games Asian championships they hadn't won Asian championship medal in many many years
00:06:20I forgot how many it was 20 or plus years so since uh Rossman Ali but Rossman was at the
00:06:27end
00:06:27of his career he was like 40 years old around 40 years old so I came from uh somewhat of
00:06:36a decent system in
00:06:37the US right they had a junior national championships track event that I entered was my second ever track
00:06:43event a big track event a big track event uh and I entered illegally because I was not US citizen
00:06:49everyone thought I was American because I well you're not racing right you're lucky Trump wasn't the
00:06:54president back then but carry on brother yeah I was uh I just you know nothing got in my way
00:07:01so
00:07:01my coach and I decided to enter illegally because my my license it said not a US citizen
00:07:11so I remember that uh my my coach is quite naughty my late coach Mark Whitehead he was like don't
00:07:16worry
00:07:16I will distract them and I'll cover the that everyone thinks you're American anyway because no one knows
00:07:23so then I entered and I got number two in the US junior national championship so you're saying even then
00:07:29it
00:07:29was a bit lax in terms of you know how they so when you got second uh in the juniors
00:07:35but was there any
00:07:37controversy controversy or controversy in terms of your you know because you weren't no one found
00:07:41out no one found out no one asked no one question no because after the the the race after no
00:07:46no one
00:07:47found out the only the only way they find out is they listen to you guys now or you know
00:07:51they like
00:07:52I mean I've I've been telling this story and you know in my uh kayuhan legaci negara for the rtm
00:07:59documentary
00:07:59history so I've been telling it but uh you know it's too late right it's 1998 so it doesn't matter
00:08:06now they can't take back my national medal so when you finish second in terms of the competition
00:08:12for you personally at the age of 19 what was their standard was it like like work because
00:08:18you see okay we're talking about track cycling right yeah yeah track cycling at the world level
00:08:23they had the current olympic champion by then 2020 uh uh sydney olympics where american martino style
00:08:302000 yeah he won yeah so they had a world-class program so i was training with them with so
00:08:38i got
00:08:39in my coach was best friend with the national coach so i i used to be able to train and
00:08:43i i i competed
00:08:44against the the the olympic champ and i beat him and then i was not supposed to beat him at
00:08:51disrespectful
00:08:51so he crashed me there it makes race it was very gangster back so he so it's a nudge right
00:08:57no no
00:08:57no he chopped my wheel and just crashed me in the next race because i also he was i disrespected
00:09:02him
00:09:02he was very polite that i wasn't supposed to then you know i beat him again so i i knew
00:09:06i had something
00:09:07there so if i come back then i could do some some good things so that's why i came back
00:09:12with confidence
00:09:13hey i could be olympic champion you know you know i could beat i could be number two in my
00:09:18age group
00:09:19so malaysia i can i can come here you know and and after so i convinced him and he put
00:09:26on the i was
00:09:27back for a month to make my ic because remember 1998 they had the new ic system my mom told
00:09:33me hey
00:09:35josiah if you don't make your ic because i didn't have ic i i i just had uh my my
00:09:41malaysian passport if
00:09:42you didn't make the new ic you you run the risk of losing your citizenship and i don't i'm not
00:09:47you
00:09:47citizen of then i'll be a man with no no no country yeah yeah so i could be singaporean but
00:09:52never mind oh how can i be singaporean well you know they'll accept anyone
00:09:59i'm gonna get in trouble
00:10:02at the time they would have accepted you because you know you can reach yeah become singaporean yeah
00:10:07well you know them having all the chinese you know badminton players that at the time and became
00:10:12singaporean i'm it's nothing controversial it's actually what they are studying the radio show
00:10:17okay welcome to our show this is a show where we talk about mostly football but it's football
00:10:29centric sports centric we have uh safi sally myself rashi sally and also uh roshan narayan and we've got a
00:10:35guest on tonight former olympian which actually you an ollie once an olympian always always on and ollie
00:10:41sayang uh one of our first track cyclists that people will know of yes because you know before that
00:10:48uh with a lot of questions i'm surprised they they still remember i mean about once a week twice a
00:10:55week
00:10:55i get someone to come up to me and say wow you know if they're young i'm like you're not
00:11:01you're not old
00:11:02enough oh no i watch i i i watch your podcast oh cool okay you know or or you know
00:11:09if they're older
00:11:09then they'll they'll say remember me i was in the um petro science with my kids yesterday and this uh
00:11:17this patchy come up and he started speaking me bahasa so i i understand me if i'm like 50 50
00:11:24and like you know he's asking me what i'm doing now and everything so i was like wow i was
00:11:30like happy you
00:11:31know so i mean you were born in the philippines raised in sarawak um became an athlete in the
00:11:35united states yeah road job man roger i'm true malaysian yeah but what what what what brought
00:11:41you back here what brought me back was the opportunity to make a difference you mean the
00:11:47first time or second time as a sportsman no anything anything brother as a sportsman obviously
00:11:53i have malaysian passport i had the opportunity right so for 15 years of my life until azizu came
00:11:59around i had no competition i'm automatic i'm automatic all i have to do is qualify which is hard
00:12:05so because you have to be of the world standard to qualify a small country so actually to qualify
00:12:11you actually have to be a real hitter like you you the way the system works is if you're for
00:12:16a small
00:12:17country you're definitely like at least outside chance for a medal at the olympics right so okay i i
00:12:24proved myself and i was there's benefits to being uh big fish in a smaller pond right that's so honest
00:12:33and so true it's benefits and it's the same thing i moved back in 2019 to raise a family right
00:12:40and and
00:12:41and to start my my second career my second live second chapter and sure enough it's you know of course
00:12:48the minus two three years of covid um i've been able to establish a network and you know position
00:12:56myself as a you know uh um thought leader right so i get i get invited to podcasts and uh
00:13:05i can i can
00:13:06network with high level people and i can get stuff done right so i'm doing startup now right it's called
00:13:14the olympian academy oa and my vision is that since i failed to win malaysia's first olympic gold medal
00:13:25well i have you know my body you know physically i i didn't make it happen but i can still
00:13:31contribute
00:13:31i only really took me 10 over 10 years to realize i can contribute because i have stories and i
00:13:37have the
00:13:37mindset but more importantly if you don't want me saying you have an external exposure to sports
00:13:44you see a lot of people have forgotten i mean god bless safi with his career but he walked in
00:13:50for
00:13:50a trial at the age of 19 and he killed everybody at the trial yeah that is raw talent was
00:13:57not detected
00:13:58what would have been lost i'm just talking to all of us could have been lost could have been lost
00:14:02yes
00:14:03and then he proved the point so with all that knowledge it's just that for me from the outside
00:14:08because i come from the world of media right is like why aren't we tapping into these things because
00:14:13he's come through a system whereby it worked for him in his favor not being chosen if that makes
00:14:21sense politics okay i didn't say that because see i still live here we all still live i still want
00:14:28to
00:14:28live here we know like look the reality is it happened it it 100 it's part of being a human
00:14:39in not it's not only malaysia right it's other countries too yeah 100 so it's be it's being a
00:14:45human it's it's politics will always play a role i mean look at the united states america it's a mess
00:14:52right it's a mess i don't want i don't even want to go there my whole my whole family are
00:14:56american
00:14:56are living there except for me i think so so what's this ncw for me because i love sports right
00:15:02so i read up
00:15:03about the ncw then i saw the success rate in terms of the amount of athletes that come out of
00:15:08the
00:15:08program and it's just like it's not that great it the hype is that the money is there the the
00:15:14news is
00:15:15there but the actual end result is how the united states call themselves world champions in baseball
00:15:21and you know how many countries play right venezuela won yeah yeah yeah and nf and nfl venezuela right
00:15:28beat them yeah country that has very little resources that go to the people and they call themselves world
00:15:33champions so you know that's american yeah they're really good at marketing look i i used to like i said
00:15:39i used to work for for espn you know how good the marketing is yeah it's amazing it's how what
00:15:44we do
00:15:45when we're working that but we're going to take a quick break because 30 seconds into the first segment uh
00:15:51we
00:16:04we're gonna be back second segment after this make sure that we finish by 11 okay all right so
00:16:11we'll see you guys later or join us on tiktok right now we're just waiting for the comments to come
00:16:16up yes so saya sangat bangga lah bila dapat jumpa dengan josiah sebab dulu tengok dia dan dengar nama
00:16:23dia so lepas sekarang ni josiah tengok kita punya sukan berbasikal how do you feel i mean you have
00:16:44after john yeah so how do i feel yeah okay before that you have a think but what about your
00:16:55early
00:16:55rivalry with azizul let's go right to the beginning first what was it like yeah it was it was always
00:17:01really good i mean i i i owe a lot to azizul i mean he he he's he's really humble
00:17:09and he he always thank me
00:17:10for for being you know getting his career going um but i have to thank him for saving my career
00:17:18because if i was plateaued i plateaued after 2005 2006 i couldn't find my mojo
00:17:27it got to my head right i got fedex sponsored nike came on board i had multiple girlfriend oh that's
00:17:36a
00:17:36good one as well yeah oh yeah hey it's the truth wife watching now okay so i i i a
00:17:42long time ago
00:17:43she knows all the stories she knows all the stories um and and it got to my head all of
00:17:49it
00:17:51but most of it and and you know and i couldn't find a next level and then at the same
00:17:58time the sport was
00:17:58moving on the bigger gears and i had to reinvent myself so azizul comes around and about 2008
00:18:09was when he started kicking my butt yep and i had to find another gear and luckily i found it
00:18:16by 2010
00:18:172011 and then also then he got injured so then i was number one and it was good and then
00:18:23until i got
00:18:24injured 2013 and then after that that that that wrapped up my career but i found a second breath
00:18:32when he came in when he came around so i always appreciate it we're we've always had a good
00:18:37relationship 2010 was a good year for for you guys it was 2010 yeah 11 2010 was good for malaysian
00:18:47sports
00:18:47yeah i'll tell you why can we show that the couple of photos i'll tell you why 2010 this was
00:18:55the
00:18:56commonwealth games i'm sorry this was the asian games in guangzhou oh you came to our studio in idc i
00:19:01remember your medals i remember look how young we were she is yeah do we call yourself oh i am
00:19:07i'm 54 now so remember the late oh my god oh my god yeah i remember jai is there as
00:19:13well from our
00:19:14from uh astro arena so you guys came into our studio feel like yesterday yeah is jai still with arena
00:19:20no no jai's jai's free i think freelance you know 16 years ago yes this is 16 years ago russian
00:19:26you were
00:19:26so thin yeah thanks so see we all yeah that's what you were really like 2010 yeah so yeah you
00:19:35know when
00:19:36when you when you when you're sitting beside each other right and you were talking about this
00:19:40competition what was he doing for you at that point in time that any youngster right now that who
00:19:47could try and replace him yeah should be doing if he was beating you outright like approaching every day
00:19:57is as if it's game day so i think so i i i think but i know because i i
00:20:02speak to john
00:20:04so the current times they're enjoying their lives they're enjoying they get a lot things a lot easier
00:20:10better you know it's not just not just the athletes too like normal the the the young generation
00:20:16everything's uh one button away you're hungry okay lappa make order 30 minutes so on hey you don't have
00:20:25to do anything like hard right you're bored you can youtube all day you can absolutely talk all day
00:20:33before we had to yeah in our line of work we had to go for audition after audition after audition
00:20:39so i failed every audition for five years then i got something on another radio station with another
00:20:44company yeah but nowadays you just have to switch on a camera yeah you can be famous for absolutely
00:20:50nothing yep look at kardashians okay not which one which one hey don't talk about babies like
00:20:56uh but you you can really be okay you can make more money now as a professional athlete
00:21:04i understand what you say you can get all i see it all happening in front of me and i
00:21:08i'm jealous i'm
00:21:09like i had to win to get that that garment to get yeah yeah that nike now no you just
00:21:15have
00:21:15numbers or you make good content and as long as you i qualified for the iron man i qualified for
00:21:24this extreme sport we we we call it participation participation yeah i hate participation i hate
00:21:31it's got to be competitive if i was sports minister i would make it illegal no more part you get
00:21:37a
00:21:37certificate that's all you get no medals are for winners okay so if anybody's getting angry right now
00:21:42we're not angry abroad as well this is what's killing the game for football in england because kids
00:21:48are getting million dollar contracts before they enter the league yeah in the nfl in the nba
00:21:55baseball i'm not baseball but i don't like jj again yeah kembali lagi kita dalam pemain ke-12
00:22:00bersama saya abang rasya salih salih salih salih salih dan roshan dan kita ada tetamu
00:22:06uh undangan yang saya rasa the olympian the first one yang kita oji ya hargai dah
00:22:13ollie ollie i wasn't the first though we had no first on our show oh first i was good
00:22:19your first olympian on our show so we were talking about 2010 being a really good year this is
00:22:22permain ke-12 two different radio stations two different languages all about malaysia we got
00:22:27safi who's a living legend from 2010 that breaking you know that the crazy year in football the air
00:22:32that was great suzuki cup you've got josiah as well who's represented the country at the highest level
00:22:38uh so what was your diet like when you first started when you came back you were like oh bro
00:22:46vegetarian oh my god you were vegetarian i grew up plant-based before it was cool wow my family because
00:22:53my dad's primary care doctor my mom's dietitian so i i had never eaten meat till i'm 26 years old
00:22:59so
00:22:59beasley convinced me to eat a steak john beasley john beasley jb making a steak yeah he was yeah so
00:23:05how
00:23:05did you maintain your muscle tone i didn't have i was very skinny i didn't have muscle so where did
00:23:10the power come from i mean i mean didn't have power no because okay like i like today i would
00:23:16be
00:23:16really screwed because it's all pure power but yeah uh back then was because of okay you need more
00:23:23power to do well in the sprints yes i never did very well in spin i was always care care
00:23:27and you
00:23:27can tumpang off of the other the strong guy you see even as a little much slow like like the
00:23:32different
00:23:33power difference between harry levresen or or the the australian guy right it's huge but he can beat them
00:23:41because he didn't really have that much so what is the first media chicken beef mutton that was a
00:23:54steak steak i had a steak i saw jb was we were in in melbourne i just moved there and
00:24:0006 and he said
00:24:02mate come on you got it you're getting sick too much i was low on iron right you're getting sick
00:24:06too much
00:24:06okay mate all right i'll listen to you coach said he was on the barbecue it was a hot summer
00:24:13um and then i saw blood coming out oh oh blood
00:24:21i gotta eat because i've never seen steak on the barbecue oh right because i i ate like like meat
00:24:28like like fake meat fake meat you know mock duck and stuff right mom so ah mate no worries
00:24:36you won't have to eat the blood it's gonna cookie it's cooking right now oh it's the first time my
00:24:41cousin sister shilpa saw yeah she had venison and then my late uncle said i mean my said that's bambi
00:24:48okay anyway so yeah i changed so basically um then then you know towards so what was it like the
00:24:56first
00:24:57taste well i i didn't really like it but i just ate it so i think the most no no
00:25:02the most important thing
00:25:03right now is you you changed your mindset in order to be a better athlete well i'd say he's my
00:25:08coach
00:25:08now so he's my new coach i said i'll do anything you say uh that's that's not bad for my
00:25:13health so
00:25:14like no doping or something but john you know john john's a why that's not he's a good clean coach
00:25:20yeah right no but what was that for you because you've gone vegetarian though your entire life and
00:25:24then he's like eat meat right yeah because there's a lot of like from my community as well if you
00:25:29want to
00:25:29professional athletes that culture shock is that you must have more mutton you must have more i mean
00:25:33you can't have beef but you have to more have more red meat in order to have you know so
00:25:37what was that
00:25:38culture shock for you like it was it like oh you're just like nice well i i had to get
00:25:42used to it you
00:25:43know and i started eating chicken so chicken was easier for me to to tahan right so i i ate
00:25:48more chicken
00:25:49i ate a little bit of steak um it took me a few years to really like like steak and
00:25:55then yeah and i started
00:25:57to gain like also like the age so you could get in your late 20s as the asian we can
00:26:02we can hold
00:26:03muscle better we can build muscle easier than early 20s so i went from about 74 2004 olympics normally i'm
00:26:1374 75 kilo but because i had my accident i dropped my lost muscle i went i was there at
00:26:1870 kilo but then
00:26:20after i recovered i was 75 and then when i went start to eat meat my 28 29 i was
00:26:25already like 80.
00:26:27so i packed on five kilos changed my training um but did you feel better
00:26:33oh yeah i didn't feel worse i i started to perform better ironically my best olympic result was as a
00:26:41vegetarian 2004 but my best result was as a meat eater is uh commonwealth my best year 2010 was as
00:26:49a
00:26:49meat eater so i mean there's always i mean you have i mean colleen augustine who's a mma fighter was
00:26:55she's vegan she's vegan uh who's the other guy who used to fight in the ufc the one of the
00:27:00brothers
00:27:01oh my god whatever it is he's also vegan so i mean it's it's far lewis carl lewis was oh
00:27:08my god what a
00:27:08guy i've uh i've interviewed him as well he's so cool but he i mean he yeah he's also he
00:27:17is also an
00:27:17adult yeah yeah i know we don't have much you don't have not in those days oh if you don't
00:27:22have much
00:27:23time definitely we're gonna take a break mr lewis yeah yeah but i mean if you want to listen to
00:27:28what
00:27:29i'm going to ask him uh josiah i'll just ask you to stay tuned onto our tiktok account it has
00:27:34to relate
00:27:35with if there's a young athlete right now if there's a coach in the academy or any academy
00:27:41football hockey tennis whatever it is that is working for the government what advice would you
00:27:46give the coach when it comes to handling an athlete because you've come from somewhere abroad yeah you
00:27:52have adjusted you were the first olympian yeah and hopefully if anybody wants to listen they will hear
00:27:56the results uh see you in a bit chill after this chill relax i used to do this for a
00:28:03living but your
00:28:04answer so what i would tell okay tell the athlete i want to hit the post relax um well i
00:28:14think it's easy
00:28:15now everything can come easy but everything can you you can make it there you can make an excuse quite
00:28:22easily so what i found is the resilience part needs to be built so there's going to be a lot
00:28:30of hurdles
00:28:31along the way for everyone but try to figure out a way to jump either jump over or go around
00:28:39the hurdles
00:28:40so i need either that we need to unpack that more but what i notice is like everyone as soon
00:28:46as they
00:28:46have a hurdle that's their excuse to exit that's their excuse to say to put the blame on someone
00:28:52i didn't succeed succeed because this this this but there's a many times in my life that everyone
00:29:01could could quit everyone most people would quit but i found a way found a way forward so that really
00:29:07the mindset is is is is more important than anything um it can transcend politics can transcend a series of
00:29:16challenges um like i always tell in my keynotes like i failed eight years at the global level
00:29:22to have nagaraku played global level means either asian games come all games world championships no
00:29:29not asian games i always i always won medals the commonwealth games world championships olympics
00:29:33failed for eight years from 2002 like i mean people would have been oh yeah there's a lot of pressure
00:29:40i mean i had a lot of media guys stop being my friends too uh they would they would belange
00:29:45on me and
00:29:46all of a sudden when i lost in beijing i never heard from them again so there's a lot um
00:29:51sounds
00:29:52like people from media in malaysia they're definitely malaysian but you know it's it's one of those things
00:29:59where i had that mindset that's just like okay i'm gonna prepare to get lucky right so even though like
00:30:10so i started working with sports psychologists in in 09 after i failed in beijing right so i started
00:30:17getting like thoughts in my head where i need to be on a dope plan like right so then i
00:30:23started
00:30:23researching and and then i told my gym coach because i know he was a strength uh it was a
00:30:30strong man a
00:30:31lot of strong man like power lifting coach so i know that he have the connections and so i was
00:30:36kind of
00:30:36doing my research interviewing some doctors and said man maybe that's what i need to get to the next
00:30:42level he said i've got a perfect solution here call this guy so he had just um graduated uh with
00:30:50a
00:30:50master's in sports psychology was it here no it was in australia melbourne okay so i met this guy named
00:30:55dave williams and 2009 i said look dave i i think that uh i might be ready to go on
00:31:04the plan on the on
00:31:06uh you know on the plan and and and and he says and then he started asking me and you
00:31:12know i started
00:31:13to see and he was like you know i was plant-based right so my my family's health nuts so
00:31:20he said well
00:31:21that's so he walked me through it and and tore like tore my my tore it like rebuild it up
00:31:29help me rebuild
00:31:30and he says so you know 2010 was coming up i i said look i i've failed for eight years
00:31:37since 2002
00:31:38commonwealth games until and until now i failed and and i failed miserably despite malaysia investing
00:31:47one million usd over the last four years in me alone to help me to win a medal so he
00:31:55says
00:31:56so what's your goal and i said wow well my i would like to i would like to stand on
00:32:01a podium
00:32:03he says how about how about winning how about winning i said well i mean we got olympic champion
00:32:11chris hoar we got world champ chain perkins azizu already got a silver medal at the 2009 so i said
00:32:18on my
00:32:19best day if i beat one of them then i can get but to beat all of them i'd have
00:32:23to be extremely lucky maybe
00:32:25like super lucky and he says okay let's say you're super lucky what does that look like
00:32:33and i said well i talked him through the the the post the medal ceremony you know all the pretty
00:32:41girls come give you flowers etc okay now and then what and then i said well then then then we
00:32:47threw on
00:32:48the podium and you know i sing the garaku and and he says well okay sing it
00:32:59and i'm like come on you know i i grew up in u.s uh jojo you know he's the
00:33:06aussie guy sounds like
00:33:07you're not prepared to get lucky mate so it hit me so what we were he that what he was
00:33:14doing was
00:33:14helping me manifest yeah so from there on i said okay mate i'm gonna sing nagaku every day in training
00:33:22at the track in front of azizu all that so i'll i sang it every day on my phone i
00:33:27got uh and full gas
00:33:31every day every single day with the accent yeah azizu rizal jenai all them laughing at me it was funny
00:33:38right why and every day it's like dude what are you doing bro i'm not preparing to get lucky
00:33:44so yeah that i can tell they're thinking that yeah you're gonna have to get really lucky
00:33:49but what what happened because i prepared to get lucky so things started swinging my way
00:33:55right two days before kamal came in delhi chris hoy didn't show up everyone like started to get
00:34:03around hey because we're not coming oh he's preparing for london in two years so he didn't
00:34:09want to get delhi belly lucky lucky lucky one luck so semi-finals um azizu and i was still in
00:34:20uh we were
00:34:21in different heats i let out there's like one aussie in my semi one nausea in his i let out
00:34:28full gas
00:34:28shane perkins the world champ blew by me like i was standing still but i held on i got second
00:34:35so
00:34:36top three final i was gonna make final
00:34:41five minutes later attention shane perkins has been disqualified wow technical infringement
00:34:50wow wow okay two other way too lucky i'm on how how lucky can okay all right reset final
00:34:59malaysian two malaysians azizu myself one aussie one new zealander and and and two from england
00:35:07so azizu and i wrote our hearts out one two azizu wins i got second i got my i got
00:35:15my medal
00:35:16you don't you know i got my but wait what happened okay five minutes later attention azizu gonna disqualified
00:35:23oh i sang nagaraku oh so this is the story that i tell the young people i had no business
00:35:34dreaming that
00:35:35big because i was not the best i was not number two best not number three best not number four
00:35:41best on my
00:35:41best day maybe top five maybe but i had that mindset to prepare to get lucky did i i was
00:35:52not the best
00:35:53i got lucky hands down i got lucky the best guy was chris hoy shane perkins azizu hasni awang
00:36:00you know until i hold the gold medal brother sitting beside you you you you speak with confidence right i
00:36:05mean we'll go back on radio in a bit and perhaps i'll ask you this question in terms of you
00:36:10know when
00:36:10you have this exposure where somebody abroad has told you like safi's had international coaches not in
00:36:16the club level also but international level he's going to you know when you start welcome back to
00:36:22permayan kadoblas it is uh one show two different languages two different radio stations one tiktok
00:36:29account where it's split into two it's all about malaysia we've got the living legend safi sally
00:36:34rashid saleh and josiah with us the first olympian for us at least on the show so now we're legitimate
00:36:39we've got our lumpian on he's been talking about mentality so 2010 we go back best year for us in
00:36:46terms of sports safi winning the eff you represent the country at the highest level and you just
00:36:51explain how despite all the odds disqualification after disqualification you ended up becoming a
00:37:00medal winner it's not made with a gold medal but do you think malaysian athletes since you've been back
00:37:07have that mentality which you had to say despite i'm not the best i might not finish first i might
00:37:13not
00:37:13finish second i still want to be there and try and win i mean i can't speak for every malaysian
00:37:19athlete
00:37:20but um if i can talk about track cycling um when i had a conversation john beasley he's just said
00:37:27azizu
00:37:28is the only one that has that mentality that really not menang uh attitude really really everything he
00:37:36does not menang he needs to win the need to win yeah right when you show up for training
00:37:44you want to kill everybody yeah most athletes right it's right here most athletes like okay you know
00:37:50they lay pot they're on the phone yeah dude when azizu and i back in the day we we show
00:37:56up at training it
00:37:56was business it was freaking business and we would have our fun we would go yeah let's mess them up
00:38:04right and we would really whack them and we enjoyed whacking each other the more we threw up after
00:38:12training that during training and i enjoy because i have high tolerance lactic tolerance so i i didn't
00:38:17really like like munta right i was a little low lactic tolerance always so in the gym or anything i
00:38:23i took
00:38:24joy in watching him suffer and probably he took joy in watching us everyone else suffer so that's the
00:38:30mentality it's just we are competitive sadistic no kill or be killed bro i mean right you'd always
00:38:36hear stories about michael jordan and scotty pippen right yeah you know i remember all of the stories
00:38:41they're in the same team but they all wanted to be number one and they found a way to work
00:38:45together
00:38:45whereas your spot is more of an individual right yeah it was a teamwork yeah it's a little bit different
00:38:51it's a little bit different so did it ever get to a point where it might have got a bit
00:38:57negative
00:38:57between you and azizul in terms of competition not hate really weird never not that i can recall
00:39:05never and and we we look like we work together but we never we never fix race we never plan
00:39:11like i'm
00:39:11gonna leave you protect me i blah blah blah never we just race but we always look like we we
00:39:16help each
00:39:16other which maybe we did but like when we when the asian championships was in cheras here in 2012
00:39:24i won and he got second and then the two japanese got third and fourth so it looked like we
00:39:29fixed it
00:39:30we we we worked together but we didn't so it was it was kind of it was very very unusual
00:39:37is it unusual
00:39:38when you very unusual when you hear him going against like the committee or whoever's in charge
00:39:42of cycling saying i want more support i want more support i want more support and he's like fighting for
00:39:48help or assistance because he's our creme de la creme in terms of the better athletes right yeah
00:39:53so yeah what is your take on that well i was pretty sad that he a guy like that has
00:40:00given so much has
00:40:01to do that right i don't i don't know all the details behind it but i just know that
00:40:09you know like i i know that something needs to be fixed it's systemic right it needs to be fixed
00:40:17but
00:40:17i don't know if we can get there because um like okay i always share that leadership needs to be
00:40:23an
00:40:23expert so in france if you are in leadership in sports you're probably olympian or olympic gold medalist
00:40:31you know their sports minister is olympian versus okay versus our sport you know our sports ministers
00:40:40like they they inherit that seat on their way up so it's like it's like the leftover like you know
00:40:46everyone around macaan okay yeah sports ministry okay you you got to pay your dues right so if we get
00:40:54lucky we get a we get someone that really loves sports right so kj right he loves sports okay we
00:41:00had some
00:41:00good years with him right costles a lot of money but we had some good years um and then we
00:41:06had someone
00:41:07that was really you know um hannah yo was good on um you know more structure but then she's only
00:41:16in
00:41:17there a short time that you can't make real change so someone that really understands sport i don't know
00:41:23we've had a a sport minister that really understands sport has seen all the systems knows what just what
00:41:33works and what doesn't you know i'm not saying me but like i know i would never be a politician
00:41:39but
00:41:39like someone like me who's seen it all who kind of knows like how how how to how to produce
00:41:48performance
00:41:48like like like i i was um um um mind uh mindset coach and strength conditioning for zk racing hakim
00:41:56danish um shari food and osman uh adam noradin you know ibrahim noradin i know nothing about moto gp
00:42:05but within 12 months everyone was hit their kpis right even and another noradin who did a cev
00:42:14european championships his best for two seasons past was fifth place when i worked with him we
00:42:21said okay what's your i did the same thing that dave did with me what's your goal and we worked
00:42:26it
00:42:26really in detail he said three three three podiums he finished that year with three podiums
00:42:34so you know it works but people that like our leadership has to understand
00:42:41real depth and how from from grassroots on up but how how can that be when
00:42:49they're not specialist yep special so nanti kita akan sambung lagi selepas ini dalam pemain ke-12
00:42:56jumpa lagi korang in a bit
00:43:01too deep no no dude i mean see at the end of it for me is like people talk the
00:43:05talk and then walk the walk
00:43:07it's it's a big mystery i'd say for example i would like to have like the likes of safi inside
00:43:11football the administrative side because he's gone abroad he's seen things work up in different
00:43:16different countries he's i don't know what i i don't think he's politically inclined to anybody
00:43:21he wants the best right yeah so likewise with you it's an external look or exposure in terms of how
00:43:28sports is done which is very refreshing because you got your training elsewhere so we're seeing that in
00:43:33football right you got your people that are malaysian heritage are being brought back but for me what
00:43:38i would like to see is people such as yourself or whoever who go to the youngsters and encourage them
00:43:44and say this is what you want to hit it's not like uh sabala yeah you know let's try tomorrow
00:43:51no
00:43:51you want to go out there and kill like bergson is playing from play for malaysia there is no tomorrow
00:43:56i mean yeah for what you said as well the way i got into this industry that there was no
00:44:00tomorrow
00:44:01you have to be better than everybody else you have to be number one if you're not number one
00:44:06you should not be in media you should not be in sports that is my humble and correct opinion so
00:44:12how do you translate that to younger kids who are there in the system anywhere what would you do
00:44:18first of all i i when i hear you say i i think it's not down we can't point that
00:44:23at kids that you got to
00:44:24fix the kid the kids i think it's it's it starts with systems so i think our systems are broken
00:44:32already for example sukma who wins sukma i don't know in other sports but in cycling national team
00:44:40athletes win sukma but isn't sukma to un to kind of unpack who's the next who's the next potential so
00:44:49that you can give put them on a national team but because of politics all the state want to win
00:44:55the
00:44:55number one blah blah blah so they take all the national team riders to the state team to win a
00:45:01sukma gold medal but actually they didn't produce that the national team did so that's a problem
00:45:07that's just the basic thing that i want to challenge every sports minister in the future whoever
00:45:13fix that first will have my vote i just like to say i'm sitting beside josiah i mean safi even
00:45:24for
00:45:24for you right even for rugby as well it's the same thing that's echoed over and over again
00:45:29so is there a short-term fix is there a long-term fix what would you just i mean you've
00:45:35stated the goal
00:45:35right yeah but how do you erase everything of the past that is set in stone in terms of how
00:45:41things work
00:45:41work can you well yeah it starts by having conversations like this but we have to do it
00:45:47over and over and over again and everyone has to be doing it then we have to pressure the decision
00:45:52makers into it because if they know the blueprint is there and everyone can look it up and put it
00:45:58through clod or gpt and then then they go okay that is actually the best way then they'll have no
00:46:05choice eventually to make change like sukma changing the format and then they guess okay you have to
00:46:13be a certain age but i know personally athletes that find a sport at 20 21 22 23 years old
00:46:21and end up
00:46:23being world champ or olympic medalists i know many a handful at least it happens in football as well it
00:46:30would not happen in malaysia yeah it doesn't happen in malaysia because we look at your age well aziz
00:46:37has proved that age is a number in here at 38 he's winning he won everything this year except for
00:46:45world
00:46:46championships because by that time he's already tired for sure 38 years old that there's your proof
00:46:55forget forget they're focusing the wrong thing forget age it's be on merit on merit and then structure
00:47:03it and then nothing make the private system do more work here everything look to msn mssn right kbs
00:47:16everything that relies on that okay other countries canada new zealand australia u.s it's all privatized
00:47:23yep all the it's all privatized set the system up for all the states you have to produce so like
00:47:30okay cycling again i can only speak on cycling first for example mncf say okay the states in order for
00:47:36you
00:47:36to be state coach and if order for you to get a a license to run you need to have
00:47:44this many races and
00:47:45you have to find this many talent or in a certain participation or else you're out you get replaced it
00:47:53it has to be then they're doing the grassroot work don't leave it to national like in i don't know
00:47:59in
00:48:00football but in malay in malaysian cycling it's a junior cycling malaysia we spend so much money on
00:48:06junior cycling malaysia australia do spend they invest a fraction of that and they get world tour riders
00:48:14tour de france riders medalists from every competition out the gazoo many many many right
00:48:23it's because it's localized then it's it's every the structure is there to promote so all races
00:48:30over there you can you when i lived in australia right you can monday you have a race within half
00:48:36hour drive tuesday you have another race and every club hosts the race it doesn't happen here no
00:48:43once every one month at the most so an australian versus malaysian australian
00:48:49by the end of the month has already competed 20 30 times malaysian one time but but malaysian race
00:48:57wow they have the vip area they got maka they got the they got the wow everything's like wow like
00:49:05big
00:49:05race man it's like olympic games right the medals are heavy in australia you have one belt one guy and
00:49:12then
00:49:12volunteer one belt you know last lap that's it and then one guy right on his okay good good job
00:49:20high
00:49:20five done go home that's it so but they're getting competition over and over in malaysia we the problem
00:49:28we have to outdo we have to you know you have to put a show yeah you have to put
00:49:33a show up yes you have
00:49:34to see the doctor done three here sit here dude just focus on grassroots and another thing like
00:49:44like stadiums right we have a world-class stadium velodromes right we have we have nilai how much
00:49:52that cost what the supposedly 80 million why don't we have a basic track in every state that one i
00:49:59agree that's that the facility i agree so so i mean okay so we're going to go back on radio
00:50:05i mean just
00:50:06see we had an entire episode yeah but see for me at the end of the day and i think
00:50:11all of us here as
00:50:11well as is someone is brave enough to say whatever you're saying right now it's going to be taken two
00:50:16ways safi just wanna start anyway yeah kembali lagi kita dalam pemain ke-12 dan kita bersama
00:50:21dengan josiah eng story dia sangat-sangat menarik dan kalau korang nak tahu lagi nanti korang
00:50:28boleh tengok dekat tiktok dan youtube kita dalam pemain ke-12 dan lesina dan mix.my so ramai juga
00:50:34yang bertanya dalam tiktok okay um ada tanya john basically going to japan who do you think is good choice
00:50:44to
00:50:45it i don't think anyone's going to replace him i submitted a name um to who uh to msn
00:50:54that i thought that i spoke to them because i have all the contacts i have all their numbers
00:50:59and this guy who was the ex uk french coach national coach uk national coach he's not a u.s
00:51:07national
00:51:07coach but they don't pay him there very much so he's open but of course i don't think anything happened
00:51:15but uh they don't pay him in the u.s he was paid not enough to survive about so basically
00:51:22every coach
00:51:22here in malaysia then basically look no i mean like no the u.s national team is paying him like
00:51:27minimum
00:51:28wage right now so he moved from uk to france no france to uk and then now us but it's
00:51:35not sustainable so
00:51:36he's looking for opportunities so we could have gotten him wow but yeah so that's that myth right you think
00:51:43these people get so much money abroad but when they come here they get better pay we pay well like
00:51:49john john busy was paid probably according to john he said he's the top one of the top paid coaches
00:51:54in
00:51:54the world you know cycling in cycling in cycling in cycling so cycling mostly like even to get six figure
00:52:02usd 100 000 above it's very very hard um but there's only a handful of them making that level
00:52:10um japan china um you can't compete with china bro that's a machine more than an athlete
00:52:18yeah china's another animal we we can't even compare we can't even compare so just from being a
00:52:25neutral right and i i when russia will vouch for this we have interviewed so many characters over the
00:52:31life throughout the career right but you're the most boisterous you've just spoken your mind that's why i'm not of
00:52:37a
00:52:37job i'm not in the system anymore no so we actually a big producer he has four pages of topics
00:52:43to talk
00:52:43about today but you've just been going at it yeah does honesty not get you a job or does just
00:52:54you know
00:52:55playing the game get you to a situation whereby you get your foot in but then you don't deserve results
00:53:02or don't you know well in our system you have to play like i'm filtered out because i chose to
00:53:09leave
00:53:09but i it's it's why did you leave not not sustainable like i go state level i like look i
00:53:17had no resource
00:53:18to to coach thailand and within nine months i made a miracle happen there's world number one two and three
00:53:25japan and azizu and he was world champ that year i took world number 52 to beat all of them
00:53:32on the
00:53:32best day on the most important day at the asian games and what do i get for that nothing so
00:53:39it just
00:53:39goes to show that no i moved back and you know um shapawi told me unfortunately the exco you voted
00:53:48unanimously
00:53:51not to have you on the team maybe i'm a troublemaker which i am because i'm focused on performance
00:54:00nothing but performance only and then sarah picked me up i helped them go from the the sutma they were
00:54:08okay team pursuit is is is endurance i know nothing about endurance but i can figure out okay i'll help
00:54:14them the last sutma and pera they were last close to last outside the top 10 right 452
00:54:24and throughout covet i helped them to get 417. unfortunately teringanu with the national team
00:54:33riders beat us by less than one second into the final or else we automatically silver we even we ended
00:54:39up
00:54:40fourth right joho teringanu barak sarah but i helped them it's the mindset so then after that i didn't
00:54:51get anyone offering me so then i okay i you know um zulfami asked me to help him for mindset
00:55:01for his
00:55:02athletes because they they they needed that so i helped them and over the next nine months again help
00:55:08them achieve their best right um charford and azman was junior world champion the first junior world
00:55:16champion well junior gp champion i mean he won one round right we never done that uh and then hakim
00:55:25danish the whole everyone performed
00:55:29okay we've got about 40 seconds left on okay and we have to end the show apparently at 11 o
00:55:34'clock as well
00:55:35oh wow if you have one message to any leader right now not in sports but in politics as well
00:55:41that could
00:55:41make a change what would you be your 15 second pitch to them right now focus on grassroots structure
00:55:50making it so that states have an incentive to really drive programs and be competitive with each other
00:56:00not just one time every year or one time every other year at sutma but year-round
00:56:06simple absolutely well thanks for listening to us on radio right now i mean rashid safi myself and
00:56:12the living legend josiah with us right now on paman kadu bless it's all about malaysia it's all about
00:56:17support it's all about love thank you see you next week if there's next week yeah
00:56:22that's okay uh i mean do we have a bit more time or okay so brother can i be honest
00:56:28with you since
00:56:29now we're on tick tock yeah you're too honest for your own good love bro i am so who's asked
00:56:36you didn't
00:56:36kiss because i have that same problem i got canned for a month if i if i knew who's asked
00:56:44to kiss i'd probably
00:56:45have a job no okay like uh i live in damansara heights not far from yb um not yb but
00:56:53um uh kj kj
00:56:55don't talk to me he pretends not to know me ever since i believe i said something about the velodrome
00:57:02where i recommended his his team and i said look what are you doing don't build nilai build velodromes
00:57:11in every state and we'll be in 20 years we'll be unstoppable not even 20 in 10 years we'll be
00:57:17unstoppable we'll build the factory build the factory don't build a white elephant i told them
00:57:24that i told dax i told all of them but they didn't listen not only me john beasley a lot
00:57:31of people told
00:57:31them but they never listen i mean it doesn't make sense like 80 million even 40 million you can build
00:57:4110 velodromes and make it like a park so in australia all of the ones are in parks anyone can
00:57:49ride
00:57:49anytime 24 7. but like here i went to thing i knew see the velodrome locked it's locked what are
00:57:58they
00:57:58scared of it's concrete what are they scared of idiots so i'll tell i'll call i'll call them out but
00:58:06it's just the simplest thing dude get the community involved community is what drives like if you have
00:58:14like for example pickleball paddle government doesn't have to put any money in it's it's the growth is
00:58:22by i just came from a battle competition do you know what's a prize for the second place so we
00:58:28have
00:58:28done futsal you played you played it no no i didn't my friend's sister was playing so we just uh
00:58:33went to show support today today i just came from there directly yeah so we have played i mean we
00:58:38have seen futsal competitions for kids and all that stuff the second place bro second place is 30 grand
00:58:46do you know how much a team would futsal would win five two two thousand wow and none of these
00:58:54people are
00:58:55struggling for money by the way in paddle or pickle i mean maybe okay i do apologize there might be
00:59:00somebody
00:59:00that's you know from a different background and they're trying to earn a money earn an income but
00:59:05those people they're definitely of a different caliber but that's 30 grand for second place you
00:59:09know because it's community driven i'm a paddle player now that's all i do i go coffee shop ride or
00:59:14i'm a paddle so i'm gonna bust my pain very hard no again i i had to learn it's a
00:59:21completely that i have
00:59:22everyone's the oh limpy you'd be good terrible man i had to learn man but yeah like it's it's the
00:59:29private
00:59:30you you build this you know you let them do their thing you don't stop step in
00:59:35but if you do go in right brother if you don't go in you're going to go into a system
00:59:39with your
00:59:40mindset and what you're going to face is there is a history of a system that operates one particular way
00:59:45yeah yeah if you're going to go in there you have to shake it shake the tree that's the problem
00:59:50then you
00:59:50i would come and shake the tree so everyone want to like you know like kita jaga kita i don't
00:59:57play
00:59:57that game that's the problem i mean performance this is one different show altogether i'm gonna make
01:00:06more enemies i know i don't you know no no i just tell you how it's not about making enemies
01:00:11dude i
01:00:11would love to i would love to be i would love kj to be here i could tell him but
01:00:15yeah it's not gonna
01:00:17happen no i mean we were watching the game slango versus coaching by the way which was such a good
01:00:21game it was a fun game i enjoyed it 2-1 to slango and we were sitting there and i
01:00:26told rashid there's
01:00:27a lot of uncles looking at us at the vip box so yeah so so for me like you stir
01:00:34it up no no it's not
01:00:35stirring up bro listen i i'm not here to make enemies but i mean i i'm i'm on your boat
01:00:39i am very
01:00:40very similar to you but i think you know the the challenge is is all these people when you talk
01:00:46like
01:00:47this you're saying oh you're a you're you're an idiot you're a clown you're wrong it's it they don't
01:00:53see what good you're trying to do but you're just going to come and say oh i don't need to
01:00:57deal with
01:00:57this i just need to brush it aside whereas here it's all about like you know just i won't say
01:01:03it's
01:01:04just managing egos so you come from a good spot right so i as boisterous as you are i actually
01:01:10have
01:01:10heard everything you've said yeah so i also have this problem internally we have had this discussion
01:01:16in terms of where the show goes as well so i've always voiced my opinion as well yeah because
01:01:19at the end when i said earlier on you have to be number one if you don't want to be
01:01:24this is not the
01:01:25industry be it media or sports you cannot nobody ever like would you send your kids into a race and
01:01:31say
01:01:31finish fourth no way i mean for fun in kindergarten maybe but if you're a professional athlete
01:01:37no by the time they're teenagers yeah it's business it's either you're there or you're like you know
01:01:43you might have to look for something else yeah so i understand where you're coming from and perhaps
01:01:47you you just need like a buffer between you and these other people that will just translate or
01:01:53loosen it up but whatever you've said i don't think you've said anything wrong yeah you've spoken
01:01:58your mind and at the end of the day unlike other politicians or people in positions that are higher up
01:02:04you represent the country at the highest level yeah likewise with him i mean even rashid as well i've never
01:02:11been an athlete he's been a professional athlete for rugby in malaysia and now he is representing the
01:02:17the scenes behind whereas i come from a very different area whereby you see all of these things
01:02:23and there's good people here is just a lot of thing is lost in translation because it's fragile egos
01:02:31oh yeah i recognize that that's and i've always said this to anybody i worked with if i disagree with
01:02:37you
01:02:37it'll be privately yeah but in the forefront will always be one team i mean at the end of the
01:02:43day
01:02:43that is what the thing is right team safi all right that's all the time we have for just to
01:02:49let you guys
01:02:49know what the score is i respect you brother thank you bonnemouth leading united 2-0 uh hall is leading
01:02:56brentford 1-0 crystal palace is uh draw 0-0 and liverpool's leading brighton
01:03:032-0 so that's the football score so we're gonna say thank you very much jazai for joining us for
01:03:14this show and giving us so much basically what what we were wanting to hear for the whole show anyway
01:03:22but from me safi and roshan thank you very much for watching us we'll see you again for the next
01:03:26episode
01:03:27for my youtube us bye-bye
01:04:00bye-bye
