00:26So when somebody cannot use digital services, there is always the normal old procedure
00:32that they can visit a branch and discuss with an employee and find a solution to their problem.
00:38Here in Hynkandy, the discussions focus on how digital technology and artificial intelligence
00:44can make public services more efficient and accessible, helping more people get the support they need.
00:50In Azerbaijan, the focus is also on making public services simpler for citizens.
00:55Technology should serve people, not the other way around.
01:00And in that case, we talk about formalization, simplification of the public services.
01:08And here AI creates considerable ground for that.
01:12The real test is whether these technologies improve people's everyday lives.
