00:00You carried cargo for 12 hours a day, knowing what was waiting for you at Skyline Estates, knowing what that
00:06car cost.
00:07I would have carried them for the rest of my life if it meant keeping you.
00:17Are you guys done? My ribs are getting flattened.
00:21And does this mean I don't have to go on any more terrible blind dates for you?
00:24Yeah, kid. Your max-making days are officially over.
00:29Claire, there's one more thing, and it's not about the money.
00:32What now? You own the moon, too?
00:35It's about Aiden. His birth mother was a Vandergruf, the eldest daughter of the main bloodline.
00:40She died the night he was born.
00:42Vandergruf? Wait, like the guys who own half the real estate on the coast?
00:45Yes. And for 10 years, they've been hunting for their only blood heir.
00:50I built the Whitmore Empire to be a wall between him and them.
00:53I went off the grid, played the dock worker to keep us completely off their radar.
00:57But they found you anyway.
00:58The text I just got. They're initiating formal custody proceedings.
01:02But it's not Brett Vandergruf pulling the strings. Brett is a lapdog.
01:05Then who?
01:06Margaret Vandergruf. The matriarch.
01:08She operates entirely in the shadows.
01:10She's holding Brate's family shares hostage, forcing him to do the dirty work and rip Aiden out of my house.
01:15I hid to give my son a normal life.
01:17But if Margaret thinks she can use her leverage to take what's mine,
01:20I will tear the Vandergruf family down to the studs.
01:23She's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family,
01:23she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family,
01:23she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family,
01:23she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family,
01:23she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family,
01:23she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate's family, she's holding Brate
