00:16in 2026. According to Reuters, the firm also secured more than $3 billion for a new mid-market
00:24strategy launched in March. The fundraising comes amid a prolonged slowdown in private
00:28equity exits that has limited investor distributions and new fund commitments.
00:34GPEXI will focus primarily on Europe and North America, while expanding in Asia Pacific and
00:41Latin America. The mid-market strategy will target companies valued at up to $1.25 billion,
00:47with equity investments ranging from $100 million to $350 million. Investors include
00:54pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.
