00:00:36The bonded stores are there.
00:00:39The bullion is in the one nearest to the security office, which is there.
00:00:43There's an airport police patrol which covers the whole of the north side area every 15 minutes.
00:00:48It is between these patrols the job has to be done.
00:00:51The banker has allowed 10 minutes for the whole operation.
00:00:54There's an airport policeman on the main entrance, night and day.

00:02:56of the dangers, not only of the worst visibility for years, but also of the crowded state of
00:03:02the runways.

00:25:20Now, wait a minute. It isn't enough to passengers.

00:26:41Don't mess about!
00:26:52We're getting the lot tonight.
00:26:58Hey!
00:27:00Can you hear me?
00:27:04Oh, never again.
00:27:05Not this guy, no, I wouldn't.
00:27:07Hello!
00:27:12You want me?
00:27:13No, I want a second torch to go and find the man with the first torch.
00:27:17Well, he can't be far.
00:27:18Mr. Waterman!
00:27:19Mr. Waterman!
00:27:20The fog didn't sound.
00:27:22I think someone should go and look for him.
00:27:24All right, let's go.
00:27:26And someone should stay with the ladies.
00:27:29Of course.
00:27:31Come on.
00:27:32Hang on to this and don't let go.
00:27:34Don't worry.
00:27:34I won't get lost.
00:27:35No, but I might.
00:27:40If anything has happened to that gallant little man...
00:27:43Oh, he'll be all right.
00:27:44You know, in the book, the corpse sat up.
00:27:46Sit down.
00:27:47I warn you, I shall personally sue the company on his behalf.
00:27:53Mr. Waterman!
00:27:56Warty!
00:27:59If you see these scarecrows, run for your life.
00:28:03I talked to the exchange to see where we are.
00:28:05Did you?
00:28:06Yes, we've just gone through Slough.
00:28:08And they say it's quite clear past Maidenhead.
00:28:11That's about another four miles.
00:28:12That was very clever of you, Mr. Waterman, but you had us worried.
00:28:15Worried?
00:28:16Yes, going off like that.
00:28:18I'm responsible for you lot.
00:28:20Oh, I say I'm so sorry, Mr. Waterman.
00:28:22It was a brilliant idea.
00:28:23Now, if we can get back to the coach, we can...
00:28:25Oh, we can get back all right.
00:28:27Just follow this.
00:28:29It's the luggage straps.
00:28:30They're tied to the headlamps.
00:28:32Don't worry.
00:28:33I got it.
00:28:34Come on.
00:28:34Follow me, leader.
00:28:47Here is the official weather forecast up till noon tomorrow
00:28:49and the outlook for the following 24 hours.
00:28:53Fog.
00:29:04Hey, Waterman, go faster than that.
00:29:07The road bends to the left now.
00:29:10I've been bent that way for the last hour.
00:29:14All right, talk.
00:29:15I already told them.
00:29:17We're coming off the road by mistake.
00:29:19In all this fog, you don't know where you are.
00:29:20That's what I thought.
00:29:21Thanks.
00:29:22So you're hid in the fire bay.
00:29:23We wasn't hid.
00:29:24We was trying to find the road.
00:29:27Five foot ten, medium build, wavy brown hair, thin moustache.
00:29:32Aged 42, released.
00:29:33Parkhurst 24th of February.
00:29:35Seven years robbery with violence.
00:29:37That's very nearly a pen picture, isn't it?
00:29:39All right, so I got a record.
00:29:41Is there any reason for the police to persecute me?
00:29:43I know nothing about it.
00:29:44About what?
00:29:46Whatever it is that's eating you.
00:29:48You've got nothing on us.
00:29:50Nothing at all.
00:29:52Unless somebody's fingerprints are on this,
00:29:55then somebody may get ten years.
00:29:57All right, take them away.
00:30:03Wait a minute.
00:30:04All right?
00:30:05I'll help you if you'll help me.
00:30:07I'll make no bargain.
00:30:07Shut up, you mad.
00:30:08I'm not taking a rap like that for a stinking hundred quid.
00:30:10Who paid you?
00:30:11Paid by post.
00:30:12Who from?
00:30:13Dunno.
00:30:13Hundred pounds comes by post.
00:30:14You don't know from whom,
00:30:15but you know it once,
00:30:16it means you've got to go to London Airport
00:30:17and blow open a security shed.
00:30:18It was planned that way for the first fog.
00:30:20Who planned it?
00:30:21Dunno.
00:30:23Where did the banker tell you to hide the gold bars?
00:30:25We were to put them in...
00:30:29Who said anything about the banker?
00:30:32I did.
00:30:33And now so have you.
00:30:34Who is the banker?
00:30:35We don't know, and that's the truth.
00:30:36We were to put the bars in the luggage boot of the BOC, coach.
00:30:39The banker or one of his men
00:30:40was going to drive them out during the fog.
00:30:41Which coach?
00:30:42One that's still behind the security shed.
00:30:43The emergency coach, number 13.
00:30:45The relief coach?
00:30:46Holy smoke.
00:30:47Where is coach 13?
00:30:48Somewhere between here and Blackbush.
00:30:50Contact it.
00:30:51Who's on it?
00:30:51Six people.
00:30:52Get me the list.
00:30:53How did you find out about this relief coach?
00:30:55We watched it for three weeks.
00:30:56Where from?
00:30:57House overlook in the airport.
00:30:58Which house?
00:31:0023 Heathway.
00:31:02Check it.
00:31:02Calling relief coach 13.
00:31:04Relief coach 13.
00:31:05Come in, please.
00:31:06Over.
00:31:08Relief coach 13.
00:31:10Answer, please.
00:31:11Over.
00:31:13They're not replying.
00:31:14Keep calling.
00:31:14They may have switched off.
00:31:15He can't switch off his speaker.
00:31:17Only his mic.
00:31:18Well, keep at it till he does answer.
00:31:19We haven't got a passenger list for 13.
00:31:21Why not?
00:31:22Went out in a hurry.
00:31:23The stewardess must have taken both copies.
00:31:25Well, who sent it out?
00:31:26The duty officer.
00:31:27I'd like to see him.
00:31:28Where did you send these reports?
00:31:29A man came twice a week to collect them.
00:31:31What man?
00:31:32I don't know who he was.
00:31:33Can you describe him?
00:31:33Yeah.
00:31:34Go ahead.
00:31:35Well, he was about...
00:31:35Duty officer.
00:31:37Here you are.
00:31:38Hello, coach 13.
00:31:39Are you receiving me?
00:31:40Coach 13.
00:31:41Over.
00:31:44Calling relief coach.
00:31:45Relief coach 13.
00:31:46Please reply.
00:31:47This is urgent.
00:31:48Where are you, driver?
00:31:55Oh, come on.
00:31:56Let's have it.
00:31:56What?
00:31:57The torch.
00:31:57Come on.
00:31:58I'm not Tarzan.
00:32:00That's what it says.
00:32:09Well, do we know where we are?
00:32:10They haven't come back yet.
00:32:13Look, Nicky.
00:32:14My name is not Nicky.
00:32:15What is it then?
00:32:16Miss Nichols.
00:32:17I prefer Nicky.
00:32:17It's a matter of taste.
00:32:19Don't you think that you and I should be on the same side?
00:32:21We have been.
00:32:22Both on the inside.
00:32:24Oh, look.
00:32:25For heaven's sake,
00:32:26I'll take the torch as soon as he gets back.
00:32:28If you really want to know,
00:32:29the blonde begged me to stay in the coach.
00:32:31The blonde?
00:32:32Yes, she was scared still.
00:32:33What, the thriller queen?
00:32:34Hmm.
00:32:35Oh, it's a game this is.
00:32:36I'm sick of this.
00:32:37Hello there.
00:32:40Well, did you learn anything?
00:32:42Yes, to mind my own business.
00:32:43Percy, what happened?
00:32:45Isn't it marvelous, eh?
00:32:46Six million signposts in Great Britain.
00:32:48And I had to pick this one.
00:32:52I know.
00:32:54I think I know where we are.
00:32:56Yes, I'm sure I know what's happened.
00:32:58We took the left fork past Maidenhead.
00:33:01And this should be on the road to Bletchington.
00:33:04I know it well.
00:33:05There's a large flower nursery there by a windmill.
00:33:08I saw a windmill just now.
00:33:10Yes.
00:33:10A windmill on the other side of the road.
00:33:13Then this is Bletchington.
00:33:15Good for you.
00:33:16Off together.
00:33:16You're a very clever little man.
00:33:18St Jonas, I protest.
00:33:19You're submitting your passengers to great danger.
00:33:21Danger?
00:33:22Well, certainly to drive a coach this size in this visibility is extremely dangerous.
00:33:26Oh, nonsense.
00:33:26We know exactly where we are now.
00:33:28Thanks to clever Mr. Waterman.
00:33:30How do we know?
00:33:31Just because we passed a windmill, we might be anywhere.
00:33:33But unless we cross the channel, it can't be Holland.
00:33:36Now, Percy.
00:33:37Well, it gets on your nerves.
00:33:38Let him have a go.
00:33:39Paint and all.
00:33:40No one's blaming you, driver.
00:33:42I just think it would be safer to stop here.
00:33:44No, I will book no delay.
00:33:45Press on, driver.
00:33:47Well, I'd sooner do that than park here and get another car up me boot.
00:33:50Well, the high street can't be more than two miles ahead.
00:33:53All right, I'll take the torch.
00:33:54Oh, no, no, please.
00:33:55I know I've not been very good so far, but I know the road now.
00:33:59Of course you do, little man.
00:34:01I'll see you are mentioned in the next issue of thought.
00:34:04Oh, thank you.
00:34:05You're very kind.
00:34:06Oh, not at all.
00:34:10Get your medal later.
00:34:10Come on, let's get moving.
00:34:12Oh.
00:34:14One meets so many gentlemen on these trips.
00:34:16I went ahead of you because it seems simpler than getting out.
00:34:19Well, I don't wish to...
00:34:28Are you all right?
00:34:29I dropped my book, that's all.
00:34:33Sorry, got some fog in me gears.
00:34:37Calling relief coach 13.
00:34:39Coach 13, over.
00:34:41Now what?
00:34:42Coach 13?
00:34:44Yes.
00:34:45Where have you been?
00:34:46Where are you, driver?
00:34:47Where are you?
00:34:49We've lost your clot.
00:34:52Now listen carefully, driver.
00:34:54I want you to close the window partition behind you and let me know when you've done it.
00:34:57Now look, cocker, we've got enough trouble.
00:34:59Do it.
00:35:00All right, it's closed.
00:35:02Now I want you to stop at the nearest habitation you can find.
00:35:04Use any excuse, engine out of water, anything.
00:35:07And let me know where you are.
00:35:08Is that clear?
00:35:09Is this a joke?
00:35:10You've got 200,000 pounds worth of gold bullion in your luggage boot
00:35:13and the person who stole it probably among your passengers.
00:35:16Does that sound like a joke?
00:35:18Hello?
00:35:19Driver?
00:35:20Do you hear me?
00:35:21Yes, sir.
00:35:23Mr. Inspector.
00:35:24Detective.
00:35:25Right.
00:35:26I'm holding you responsible for its safety until the police get there.
00:35:28Do you understand?
00:35:29Yes, sir.
00:35:31Mr. Inspector.
00:35:32But we can't do anything until you've let us know where you are.
00:35:35I think we're near a village called Bletchington.
00:35:37Bletchington.
00:35:37I don't know that one.
00:35:38Well, do me a favor.
00:35:39Look it up.
00:35:40We're doing that now.
00:35:41Yeah, what?
00:35:43What's visibility like?
00:35:45Don't mess about.
00:35:46Switch on and tell them it's clearing a bit.
00:35:51It's clear.
00:35:53It's clearing a bit.
00:35:54Good.
00:35:55We'll stay on this end.
00:35:57Switch on.
00:35:59Tell them not to call you until you call them, in case someone hears.
00:36:06Don't call me until I call you, in case someone hears.
00:36:11Good man.
00:36:12Now, switch on.
00:36:13Now, driving and don't stop until you're told.
00:36:18Something unpleasant might happen.
00:36:23Our friend, the driver's doing pretty well.
00:36:25Well, what about clever Mr. Waterman out there all by himself?
00:36:29And none of you big, straordinately, and helping him?
00:36:36Oh, blimey.
00:36:40We've hit something.
00:36:41I didn't stop on purpose.
00:36:42Honestly, I didn't.
00:36:43Well, nobody minds, Percy.
00:36:45Why get in the state?
00:36:46You've done very well.
00:36:47Well, I just didn't want anyone to think I'd stopped on purpose,
00:36:49because if I hadn't hit something, I shouldn't have stopped at all.
00:36:52I just want everyone to believe that.
00:36:55Relax, Percy.
00:36:56It is Percy, isn't it?
00:36:57Yes, sir.
00:36:58I'll drive straight on, sir.
00:36:59You can't drive along with that lot on the front.
00:37:00We've got to see what damage we've done.
00:37:02Well, yes, sir.
00:37:03Anything you say, sir.
00:37:04You've done miracles so far.
00:37:06Nobody could have done better.
00:37:07Let's go and do a little reconnaissance.
00:37:19Well, someone's mad.
00:37:30It could only happen to me.
00:37:37We're in a field somewhere.
00:37:39We've gone through some boundary wires.
00:37:40Where's Percy?
00:37:40In the coach.
00:37:41He's not.
00:37:42What?
00:37:43Percy!
00:37:45Percy!
00:37:50Percy!
00:37:51Hello!
00:38:01Oh, Percy, no.
00:38:03Oh, the kiss of death.
00:38:04That's me.
00:38:05Good Lord, what happened?
00:38:06I'm sorry, sir.
00:38:08I did what you said.
00:38:09I got out, but I fell in.
00:38:11I'm ever so sorry, sir.
00:38:17What are we doing in a field?
00:38:19Oh, because the driver was told to press on.
00:38:21Stop!
00:38:22You know, a driver once lost his way
00:38:24and drove a car into a cemetery by mistake.
00:38:26Well, I don't wish to know about it.
00:38:27And suddenly, the whole earth gave way,
00:38:29and he fell right down into a mausoleum, car and all.
00:38:32A mausoleum?
00:38:33Yes, it was called Shrouds Don't Talk.
00:38:36The book should be banned.
00:38:39What was there?
00:38:40What?
00:38:40Did you hear a shout?
00:38:42I can't hear a thing.
00:38:43Me ears are ringing.
00:38:44Please stand clear of the boot.
00:38:46There's someone shouting out there.
00:38:48Hello?
00:38:50Who are you?
00:38:53Hello there!
00:38:59Just dried meself.
00:39:03Hello?
00:39:08Oh, thank heaven.
00:39:10I thought I'd lost you for good.
00:39:12Poor dear little man.
00:39:13Are you all right?
00:39:14Yes, yes, I'm all right.
00:39:15But you've come right off the road.
00:39:17I was on it when you turned off.
00:39:19Stand clear, please.
00:39:21You strong men ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
00:39:24Letting him walk in front all the time while you sit back in comfort.
00:39:29Comfort?
00:39:30Don't you worry, Mr. Waterman.
00:39:32You go and sit down.
00:39:33I should hope so.
00:39:34And I'll leave the next stretch.
00:39:35You'll do nothing of the sort.
00:39:37You'll stay with your passengers.
00:39:38I happen to be in charge of this coach.
00:39:40Now, listen.
00:39:40You listen.
00:39:41If you don't mind, I'll give the orders.
00:39:42You know, I'm worried.
00:39:44Well, don't be.
00:39:44There's nothing to be frightened of.
00:39:45Oh, I'm not frightened.
00:39:46I'm worried we've passed bathing, Stoke.
00:39:48Yes, thank you, dear.
00:39:50In the coach, before I go berserk.
00:39:52Percy, do you think you can back onto the road?
00:39:54Back onto it?
00:39:55I can't even forward onto it.
00:39:57Wait a minute.
00:39:58Where's Schroeder?
00:39:59Schroeder?
00:40:00Yes, he got out with me.
00:40:01Have you seen him?
00:40:01Well, he's probably inside.
00:40:19Well, I've taken some berlings.
00:40:22I won't say a word, sir.
00:40:23What's the matter with you men?
00:40:24Pull yourself together.
00:40:25Together, sir.
00:40:26Is that Schroeder?
00:40:27It's Mr. Schroeder, yes.
00:40:29There seems to be a small village ahead of us.
00:40:31How do you know?
00:40:32Because I had the common sense to go and look.
00:40:34The road rises over there, and you can just make out the houses.
00:40:36Well, let's get to it for my sake.
00:40:38I've got a call to make.
00:40:39A call?
00:40:40Yes.
00:40:43Well, I've been driving for hours.
00:41:59Anyone at home?
00:42:22Hello?
00:42:23Hello?
00:42:39Hello?
00:42:41Hello?
00:43:03Hello?
00:43:05Hello?
00:43:07Hello?
00:43:08Hello?
00:43:09We're trying to find out which one.
00:43:11Now look, I know about your being in charge, but I'd like to suggest that nobody gets off
00:43:15this coach until we've explored the rest of the village.
00:43:17Suggestion accepted.
00:43:18Good girl.
00:43:18But without prejudice.
00:43:20Shall I tell them?
00:43:20You may tell.
00:43:21I don't know.
00:43:22We came here across a field.
00:43:24All right.
00:43:25Are you sure the boat's locked?
00:43:26Quite sure.
00:43:27Where's the key?
00:43:28Somewhere in me lining.
00:43:30Oh, blimey.
00:43:31Scarper.
00:43:31Go on, scarper.
00:43:32Hello?
00:43:33Driver.
00:43:33Hello?
00:43:34Go on, go on.
00:43:35Drive shut up.
00:43:36Go away.
00:43:36Go away.
00:43:38All right, then leave your mic on.
00:43:42Seems to be deserted this end.
00:43:44It looks like an inn or something over there.
00:43:46Come on, let's investigate.
00:43:47What, me?
00:43:48Who's the girl?
00:43:49The stewardess, Miss Nichols.
00:43:50Oh, Percy, don't tell me you're scared.
00:43:52All right.
00:43:53I'll keep it a secret.
00:43:54Percy who?
00:43:55Do we know who this driver is, or are they still checking?
00:43:57Must be someone about somewhere.
00:43:58All right, stand by.
00:43:59Well, if I lived here, I wouldn't be about.
00:44:04Well, there's Bletchington.
00:44:05They're not there, so where the hell are they?
00:44:29It's a bit eerie, isn't it?
00:44:31Don't be frightened, girl.
00:44:33I'm right behind you.
00:45:04What was that?
00:45:06Isn't it marvelous, eh?
00:45:07I could've walked this way, I could've walked that way,
00:45:09but no, this is me.
00:45:11Percy, you're bleeding.
00:45:13Well, if I am, I'm gushing oil.
00:45:15The quicker we light this, the better.
00:45:16Oh, this is all very strange.
00:45:19The house across the road was deserted, too,
00:45:21and yet someone had made some tea there quite recently.
00:45:25And now this.
00:45:26Oil in the lamps.
00:45:28A packet of reasonably fresh crisps.
00:45:30Look, Miss.
00:45:34I'm not supposed to say a word to a soul,
00:45:36but if I keep it to myself much longer, I shall burst.
00:45:39Oh, we don't want you to burst, Percy.
00:45:42Now, what is this dread secret?
00:45:44Secret?
00:45:46Well, er...
00:45:46Well, er...
00:45:49It's me drive-in license. It's out of date.
00:45:51Oh, is that all?
00:45:52I thought you'd at least rob the Bank of England.
00:45:55Well, I'll get back to the coach.
00:45:57You'll stay here.
00:45:58But I've had the engine running.
00:45:59I turned it off.
00:46:00But I'll get the ignition key.
00:46:04Here it is.
00:46:05Oh.
00:46:05Oh.
00:46:06I also switched off the microphone.
00:46:08It was whistling.
00:46:09Oh.
00:46:10I think this will make as good a headquarters as any.
00:46:13Headquarters?
00:46:14Yes.
00:46:14We can build a fire and at least try and make them comfortable
00:46:16until we've got time to find out where we are.
00:46:18But you just said keep everyone on the coach.
00:46:21Yes.
00:46:21Well, I've changed my mind.
00:46:22Oh, you've changed your mind.
00:46:23They'll be safer in here.
00:46:25I'll go and get them.
00:46:26You stay here.
00:46:27I'll stay here.
00:46:27And light a fire.
00:46:28Now, just a minute before you start taking over command, Captain.
00:46:30The first officer.
00:46:31Listen, first officer, sir.
00:46:33Light a fire.
00:46:34Oh.
00:46:35Nobody is getting out of that coach until I found someone
00:46:37who can tell us where we are.
00:46:38And if for heaven's sake, listen to me for a minute.
00:46:39I don't think you're going to find anyone.
00:46:41I suppose it's a ghost village.
00:46:42Now, look, Nick.
00:46:43Miss Nichols.
00:46:44You're responsible for those people's safety.
00:46:46Because I like you, I'm giving you a tip.
00:46:48Bring them in here.
00:46:58Well, he asked us to keep quiet.
00:47:00It's 20 minutes now.
00:47:01Call him.
00:47:03I'd do a lot to know who switched that coach microphone off.
00:47:05It wasn't the stewardess, and it wasn't the driver,
00:47:06because we heard them leave.
00:47:08If only we knew who the other passengers were.
00:47:09Well, in normal events, we'd have a passenger list.
00:47:11Yes, in normal events, I shouldn't ask to see it.
00:47:13Yes.
00:47:13Yes, I'm ready.
00:47:14Butchers Green.
00:47:16Twyford.
00:47:19Wargrave.
00:47:21Risley Carman.
00:47:23Bracknell.
00:47:25Ship Lake.
00:47:27Winkfield.
00:47:28Is that the lot?
00:47:29Now, hold on.
00:47:31Well, that's another seven places they're not at.
00:47:33We've covered the local police in every village
00:47:35in the 10-mile radius of Maidenhead.
00:47:36Extend it to 15.
00:47:37Extend it by the five.
00:47:40Yellow-fringed trumpet.
00:47:42Large and reliable.
00:47:44One and nine a dozen.
00:47:45Thirteen shillings for a hundred.
00:47:47And then for two and six, a packet of 25 seeds.
00:47:50There are the silver medal, the Scottish petunia, trial petunias, called Naughty Marietta.
00:47:56Naughty Marietta is ideal for warm bedding.
00:48:00Norte, Mr. Waterman.
00:48:03Polyanthus.
00:48:05Cervantes.
00:48:06Primrose yellow of good size and very...
00:48:25Well, I found a jug.
00:48:26And I have found a tub.
00:48:28What?
00:48:28No beer.
00:48:29Well, if there is, it's too weak to crawl out.
00:48:31Now, if we can find something to boil water in, we can have some coffee.
00:48:34If we have some coffee.
00:48:35I've got it in a quick cafe.
00:48:36You know, I always wonder what you kept under that hat.
00:48:39It's in the coach.
00:48:40I'll go and get it.
00:48:41Just a minute, surely if I haven't, someone's going to try and find out where we are.
00:48:44I could do that at the same time.
00:48:46Oh, it's ridiculous.
00:48:48Just sitting here.
00:48:49All in good time, Mr. Schroeder.
00:48:50Good time?
00:48:51I don't want to stay in a derelict barn drinking coffee.
00:48:53Weren't you the gentleman who kept on insisting we stopped?
00:48:55I prefer it in the coach.
00:48:57Oh, no, it's much more fun here.
00:48:59But I'd like my rug.
00:49:00We're a little cold.
00:49:02Atmospherically speaking.
00:49:04All right, get a rug.
00:49:05Yes, sir.
00:49:05And I'll come with you.
00:49:06Yes, sir.
00:49:07Oh.
00:49:08Well, you will come for your coffee, won't you?
00:49:11Well, that was the idea.
00:49:12It's the best idea yet.
00:49:13If you're going to the coach, there's another book in my beach bag.
00:49:16Torso for sale.
00:49:18Torso for sale?
00:49:19Right.
00:49:20Would you be an angel?
00:49:21Well, I think we shall all be angels soon.
00:49:23Well, some of us.
00:49:27Sunrise sweet peas.
00:49:29Glowing cerise with a fleeting orange.
00:49:31Becoming more intense in the sun.
00:49:34One and six for thirty-six seeds.
00:49:36What a bargain.
00:49:41Torso for sale.
00:49:43She must be raving mad.
00:49:45Well, I wouldn't do this job again for all the tea-inch.
00:49:48I wouldn't do-
00:49:50Well, I mean, what are you doing?
00:49:52I think I don't have enough to boot.
00:49:53I'm not.
00:49:54What's the use?
00:49:55There's no rugs there.
00:49:56I've looked.
00:49:57I mean, I've-
00:49:58Give me the key.
00:50:00I've lost it.
00:50:01Well, find it.
00:50:11Some maniacs trying to kill us.
00:50:20That, mate, was a ruddy hand grenade.
00:50:22Keep your heads down.
00:50:25I'm getting back to the purpose.
00:50:26Stay where you are.
00:50:27Please yourself.
00:50:29Someone's coming.
00:50:36Is everyone all right?
00:50:37So far.
00:50:38Well, who screamed?
00:50:39I don't know.
00:50:40I was outside looking around.
00:50:41You know, no business.
00:50:42I said everyone was to be outside.
00:50:43I said everyone was to stay inside.
00:50:44I'm not in the habit of taking orders unless they're given to me by somebody in authority.
00:50:49I'm sorry.
00:50:50But you can see for yourself, it isn't very healthy outside.
00:50:53Someone's trying to take a bead on us.
00:50:54I wasn't as prepared for that as you.
00:50:57I'm going back to the others.
00:50:59We're going back, but let's do it sensible.
00:51:01Yes, on hands and knees.
00:51:02Now look, if the marksman's still there, four of us running back together will be a perfect time.
00:51:06Whichever way we go, it will be safer to run the open space between here and the inn.
00:51:10All right.
00:51:10You follow me.
00:51:12Then Miss Nichols and then Percy.
00:51:13And make sure the spacing isn't too even.
00:51:16If he once gets the rhythm, he can start sighting.
00:51:18That's right.
00:51:19And get a perfect tempo for muggins here.
00:51:42Look, Miss.
00:51:43I know it sounds daft, but you've got to believe this.
00:51:46Believe what?
00:51:52There's 200,000 pounds worth of gold bars hidden in that boot.
00:51:56There's what?
00:51:56If I never stand here again, and I hope I won't.
00:51:59But how do you know about it?
00:52:00The police have just been on the blower.
00:52:01And that first officer's got a gun, and he's stuck it in the back.
00:52:05And he seems to know too much about everything.
00:52:07And I don't like the look of that Mr. Schroeder.
00:52:09And now someone's popping off guns at us.
00:52:11Oh, I wish I'd never taken this job.
00:52:13Nikki!
00:52:14Are you all right?
00:52:16Yes, I'm all right.
00:52:18I forgot the coffee.
00:52:23What do you mean he stuck a gun in your back?
00:52:25In the coach.
00:52:26He told me to keep driving or else.
00:52:28Then he told me to open the boot.
00:52:30If you're dreaming all this up.
00:52:32Dreaming it up?
00:52:34You talk to the airport.
00:52:41Find the passenger list.
00:52:42It's on the back seat.
00:52:42I'll get the airport.
00:52:44I'm going mad.
00:52:45I know I'm going mad.
00:52:47This is Stuart S. Nicholls, BOAC.
00:52:50I'm speaking from relief coach 13.
00:52:53Yes, Miss Nicholls.
00:52:54Go ahead.
00:52:54The driver's just told me we've got some unexpected cargo.
00:52:57Is that right?
00:52:58That's quite correct.
00:52:59This is Detective Inspector Henley.
00:53:01Where in heaven's name are you?
00:53:02We're in a village that seems to be deserted,
00:53:04and someone is popping off with a gun.
00:53:05We should be in the Maidenhead area.
00:53:07But where?
00:53:08We've checked every little village on the map in that area.
00:53:11All right.
00:53:11Take a distance check.
00:53:13The mileage on the speedometer is 18430.
00:53:1818430.
00:53:19That's right.
00:53:19If transport have a record of what it was when we left,
00:53:21you can work out how many miles we are from you.
00:53:47And we have a BOAC pilot with us, Peter Jones.
00:53:49We jumped the coach at the last minute.
00:53:51Fine.
00:53:51We'll check on those names and get back to you in 20 minutes.
00:53:54The time now is 8.17 exactly.
00:53:56The driver said Jones threatened him with a gun,
00:53:58but I've got so I don't trust anybody.
00:54:00Well, the driver's all right.
00:54:02George Davis.
00:54:02We've checked on him.
00:54:03Who?
00:54:04George Davis, your relief driver.
00:54:05We'll get back to you in 20 minutes.
00:54:26Nicky!
00:54:27Driver!
00:54:28What in the world are you doing?
00:54:29Coming.
00:54:31Miss?
00:54:32Miss?
00:54:33Miss?
00:54:33There's a body in here.
00:54:35We'll talk about it inside.
00:54:41What took you so long?
00:54:43Are you all right?
00:54:44Of course I'm all right.
00:54:45I screamed.
00:54:47Haven't you ever screamed?
00:54:48Something went bad and instead of holding it in,
00:54:50I let it out.
00:54:51Don't cuss me.
00:54:53You, Captain.
00:54:54Here.
00:54:54Look, Miss.
00:54:55You know, I think it would be a good idea if we all sat down
00:54:57and put some cards on the table.
00:54:59I bet I've got the ace of spades.
00:55:02All right.
00:55:05Might as well all know it and face up to it.
00:55:07We're all in considerable danger.
00:55:09Danger?
00:55:09There's something in that coach that somebody wants very badly.
00:55:12I believe they'll go to any lengths.
00:55:14I also believe that that person is amongst us at this moment.
00:55:20Well, don't look at me!
00:55:22And while we're putting our cards on the table,
00:55:24let me tell you this.
00:55:25This chap's got a gun
00:55:26and he's stuck it in his back while we were driving
00:55:28and in the back of the coach there's a...
00:55:29No, you couldn't find out for yourselves.
00:55:31You know, in the book...
00:55:32Oh!
00:55:34Quiet, girl.
00:55:35Young man,
00:55:36I must insist that you be more explicit.
00:55:39What's something on the coach and which somebody?
00:55:42And what are you doing sticking guns at people?
00:55:44I assure you, madam.
00:55:45Miss!
00:55:46I'm sorry.
00:55:47But I haven't got a gun.
00:55:48And even if I had one,
00:55:49I'd hardly stick it into anybody's back
00:55:50while we were all on the coach together.
00:55:52Oh!
00:55:53There's a liar.
00:55:54No gun, eh?
00:55:56You wouldn't like to be searched, would you?
00:55:57Why not?
00:55:58Go ahead.
00:55:59Oh.
00:56:00Yes, go ahead.
00:56:01Search, Mr. Davis.
00:56:02I will.
00:56:03On the name's Lamb, miss.
00:56:04Yes, I thought it was.
00:56:05Whether he's got a gun or not,
00:56:06he couldn't have shutted it himself out there.
00:56:08Thank you, sir.
00:56:09That's a first intelligent remark on the subject.
00:56:11Are you satisfied?
00:56:12You've hidden it.
00:56:13Sometimes they have them strapped round their legs.
00:56:15I say, do you mind?
00:56:18You've got it strapped on your leg.
00:56:20Surely if there's any searching to be done,
00:56:22we ought to be outside looking for the gun that sniped at us.
00:56:24I think if we uncover a few home truths about ourselves first,
00:56:27the job will be much simpler.
00:56:28What do you mean by that, Lamar?
00:56:29I mean we should all show our passports.
00:56:32I don't see what that'll prove, but I'm quite willing.
00:56:36Edward Schroeder.
00:56:39That's quite a fat wallet you've got there.
00:56:42Hmm.
00:56:42Fat, but gunless.
00:56:43And I'm quite willing to be searched.
00:56:45Well, the first person who tries to search me will get it.
00:56:48Oh, you won't be searched, Miss Beeston.
00:56:49We just want to establish identities.
00:56:51Oh, well, that I will do.
00:56:52But any further liberties,
00:56:54and I wish to warn you
00:56:55that once at Boulogne I seriously defaced a customs officer.
00:57:04Now, we know that wherever they are,
00:57:05they're about 33 miles away,
00:57:07allowing for any detours they may have made in the fog.
00:57:09Now, I want every village in that radius double-checked.
00:57:11Get the mobiles to cover all roads out of Middlesex, Oxford and Hampshire.
00:57:14It's not like on the passengers.
00:57:15I'm afraid neither Blackfish nor Northfield
00:57:17have any booking record at all in the name of Beeston or Waterman.
00:57:19What does that mean?
00:57:20Well, it's not unusual.
00:57:21You know, the Irish planes are fairly regular.
00:57:23A lot of people just go to the airport and take the first seat.
00:57:24What else?
00:57:26Pan-Americans say that Mr. Schroeder did call
00:57:28and inquire about Shannon arrivals.
00:57:30Janie Gray was on the incoming East plane,
00:57:32and we do have a pilot officer Peter Jones.
00:57:33But as far as anyone knows, he's on leave on the continent.
00:57:36Hello. Spencer here.
00:57:37Continue checks on Triangle, Redding, Basingstoke, Heathrow.
00:57:41Also three counties stopped. Immediate.
00:57:44Well, that's a beautiful circle, isn't it?
00:57:46Calling control room.
00:57:47The police want mobile transmitters
00:57:49to cover all arterial roads from Heathrow through Middlesex and Oxford.
00:57:53Control tower checking. Mobile transmitters covering all airport entrances.
00:57:57No change in MET weather reports,
00:57:59but Blackbush reports ceiling lifting slightly.
00:58:01That's it. The Nichols girl has some news.
00:58:03Seven minutes to go. Better stand by.
00:58:06I'm sorry I had to do all this, but under the circumstances...
00:58:09Oh, that's quite all right.
00:58:11I'm sure we all feel safer knowing we're all who we say we are.
00:58:14And did anyone have any doubt as to who I am?
00:58:17No, no, no, no. I didn't mean you, my dear madam.
00:58:20Miss!
00:58:23However, there's still time.
00:58:26See you're back.
00:58:28Thank you, Miss Graham.
00:58:29You can read them if you like.
00:58:31You've told us all the best parts.
00:58:32Oh, but in this one.
00:58:33Thank you, Miss Graham.
00:58:34Oh, you don't know what you're missing.
00:58:36And the only piece of identification you can produce is this football coupon.
00:58:40Well, I don't take a passport with me for a bus ride, do I?
00:58:42It's got me neighborly, doesn't it?
00:58:44Yes.
00:58:45Percy Lamb.
00:58:46Well, who do you think I was? Jack the Ripper?
00:58:48No.
00:58:49Someone quite different.
00:58:50How dare you!
00:58:53Can I go wash my hands?
00:58:55Yes, of course.
00:58:55Where?
00:58:56Where?
00:58:57Where?
00:58:57I've no idea. Upstairs, I suppose.
00:59:00Where are you going?
00:59:01About my business.
00:59:02Mickey, for God's sake, have some sense.
00:59:04There's a gun out there somewhere.
00:59:05We've got to stay put in here until the fog lifts.
00:59:07You of all people should know it's our duty to report to the airport.
00:59:09All right, I'll do it.
00:59:11It happens to be my job.
00:59:12Why, have you found a telephone?
00:59:13No, it's a radio coach. Why?
00:59:15Nothing, but I'd have asked you to send a message for me before this.
00:59:18What message?
00:59:19Please call my office, Temple Bar 7407, and tell them that my brother will need a large car for all
00:59:24his luggage.
00:59:25Temple Bar 7407?
00:59:26Thank you, yes.
00:59:28I'm glad to know that at least we're in contact with the outside world.
00:59:32I think we might make some of that coffee.
00:59:34A very good idea.
00:59:35And you will send a message to my sister, Hounslow1903, and say that no matter how late I am, she
00:59:42must wait up for me.
00:59:43That's the least your company can do.
00:59:45Certainly.
00:59:46Anyone else want anything?
00:59:47Yes, I want to wash my hands.
00:59:49Well, wash them.
00:59:51But where?
00:59:51Oh, you give her the egg dabs you do, mate.
00:59:54A reconnoiter.
00:59:55And don't ask me what it means.
00:59:57Right, you take care of the coffee.
00:59:59Look, if I've got to trust you, you've got to trust me.
01:00:04The tin's in the kitchen. Would you open it for me?
01:00:09Perhaps I could wash my hands in there.
01:00:11No, that's the kitchen. Percy will find it for you.
01:00:16I'm talking to you because we both have a uniform in common.
01:00:19There are lots of things I'd like to tell you, but I think there are one or two things you
01:00:21ought to tell me first.
01:00:22Such as?
01:00:23You seem to know more about this than any of us.
01:00:25I don't know anything.
01:00:26Except that someone's firing at us, and we've got a coach full of assorted question marks.
01:00:31You know nothing?
01:00:31No more than you.
01:00:32Then how do you know about what's in the coach?
01:00:35How do you know?
01:00:36I was told, when you weren't there...
01:00:53I'll sue somebody for every penny.
01:00:56Percy, for heaven's sake.
01:00:59I bet it's the council house.
01:01:01Are you all right?
01:01:02I'm not saying a word till I get my solicitor.
01:01:04I do want to wash my hands.
01:01:06Well, hurry up, girl, because I think I do as well.
01:01:08It's at the end of the passage.
01:01:09You're exposing our fall through the floor.
01:01:11Would you?
01:01:12Oh, come on.
01:01:13We'll test the floor for you.
01:01:15Oh, it's a game this is messing about like this.
01:01:17I'm sick of it.
01:01:23I'm not going to faint.
01:01:26I'm not going to faint.
01:01:28I'm not going to faint.
01:01:30Oh, of course not.
01:01:31Yes, I am.
01:01:32Mrs.
01:01:33Mrs.
01:01:34Now, come on.
01:01:34Pull yourself together, girl.
01:01:36Loosen anything that's tight.
01:01:38And do you, you know...
01:01:39The thought is the will is the deed.
01:01:42Well, this is one deed you have to do yourself, girl.
01:01:44Take your mind off things.
01:01:47What about some party games?
01:01:50Party games!
01:01:51Oh, party games.
01:01:53I know.
01:01:54We'll have a sweepstake.
01:01:56A sweepstake?
01:01:57A what?
01:01:57Well, we'll put each thing on a piece of paper
01:02:00and half a crown is a kitty.
01:02:01And whoever turns up to be the culprit,
01:02:03their name takes the pot.
01:02:06I know whose name I'd like.
01:02:08Hello, airport.
01:02:09Hello, coach 13.
01:02:10Miss Nichols?
01:02:11Yes, things are a little difficult here
01:02:12and I haven't much time.
01:02:13If I switch off in the middle of this,
01:02:14don't call me back.
01:02:15All right.
01:02:16Go ahead.
01:02:16First, I want you to make quite sure of the driver's name.
01:02:19Your driver?
01:02:20You said it was George Davis.
01:02:21That's right, it is.
01:02:22Well, it isn't.
01:02:23It's Percy Lamb.
01:02:24Getting deeper, aren't we?
01:02:26Now, listen.
01:02:27Somehow or another,
01:02:28you've got to get the key to that boot and lose it.
01:02:30That I can do.
01:02:33Oi!
01:02:33You can take your ticket.
01:02:35Oh, where's Miss Nichols?
01:02:36Oh, she can take hers in a minute.
01:02:39These are the big ideas.
01:02:44I don't know if picker than I do.
01:02:46Oh, well, I'd better draw one for him, I suppose.
01:02:49I know.
01:02:50I'll give it to me.
01:02:56That's the number he gave.
01:02:58Temple Bar 7407.
01:03:00Quiet.
01:03:20That's okay.
01:03:32I'll give it to you.
01:03:33Thank you, sir.
01:03:34Yes, sir.
01:03:36Thank you, sir.
01:03:36Okay.
01:03:37Go ahead.
01:03:39Okay.
01:03:44Your watch.
01:03:45Let's go ahead.

01:05:33Go back.
01:05:34Stay inside.
01:05:44Keep back here.
01:05:46Me too.
01:05:49I suppose you'll just listen to me for a moment.
01:05:52Everybody.
01:05:53Can you hear me?
01:05:54You three at the coach.
01:05:57We're listening.
01:05:58This whole village is extensively mined.
01:06:01Do you understand that?
01:06:03There's a series of crisscross wires
01:06:05lead across various approaches.
01:06:07And if any of those wires get tripped,
01:06:09they detonate a charge.
01:06:11So if you come back to this door
01:06:13along the lane you've already used,
01:06:15nothing else will go off.
01:06:18Is that clear?
01:06:20Quite clear.
01:06:23There isn't much else to do but believe him.
01:06:26You keep behind me.
01:06:27You bring up the rear.
01:06:29I shall be bringing up something in a minute.
01:06:39What caused this sudden rush of knowledge?
01:06:41I did a bit of exploring.
01:06:48I found this in the house next door.
01:06:50It was wired through a staple
01:06:51and the wire went down the side of the house
01:06:53and across the street.
01:06:54You tripped it
01:06:55and that's what fired at you earlier.
01:06:56Oh, do be careful.
01:06:57Is it loaded?
01:06:59Yes, it's loaded.
01:07:00So we'll put it away for now.
01:07:03Well, I think we'll all have to stay here
01:07:05till daybreak.
01:07:07Daybreak?
01:07:08Ridiculous.
01:07:08But I have to be at my thought rally.
01:07:10If what Mr. Schroeder says is true,
01:07:12it really would be lunacy
01:07:13to drive out of here at night,
01:07:14even if the fog lifted.
01:07:15If what Mr. Schroeder said is true.
01:07:17Good heavens, man,
01:07:18what further proof do you need?
01:07:20Well, I still don't like the idea
01:07:21of staying here all night.
01:07:22Well, what's the alternative?
01:07:40Somebody's out there.
01:07:42The driver.
01:07:43Percy Lance.
01:07:44Percy!
01:07:50Hang on, boy.
01:07:51I'll let you out in a minute.
01:07:53I don't know who you are,
01:07:54whoever you are.
01:07:55If they've tied you up,
01:07:56you must be a friend
01:07:56and I need a friend.
01:08:05Percy!
01:08:09Percy, what the devil are you doing?
01:08:14What are you doing?
01:08:15Go in.
01:08:21Oh, I've had enough of this, lark.
01:08:23First of all,
01:08:24there's a gun in my back
01:08:24and then there's not.
01:08:26Then there's bodies
01:08:26and then there's not.
01:08:27Then he's friendly
01:08:28and then he's not.
01:08:29But there's been a driver
01:08:30and now there's not.
01:08:31I'm going to drive on.
01:08:33Anyone who wants to
01:08:33can come with me.
01:08:34Percy, this is madness.
01:08:35I agree with our driver
01:08:37that I will not sleep here
01:08:38and be murdered in my bed.
01:08:39No, I agree with Miss Payson.
01:08:40I don't fancy sitting here
01:08:41waiting for something to happen.
01:08:43Good old warty.
01:08:44Any more for the skylark?
01:08:45Press on, my mayor.
01:08:46Stay exactly where you are.
01:08:48I'm sorry to be melodramatic
01:08:50but no one's going to leave this place.
01:08:52Now, everyone, get over there.
01:08:55Everyone.
01:08:57Fine.
01:08:57Fine.
01:08:58I was wondering
01:08:59when we get to a showdown.
01:09:01Get over there.
01:09:02I'm afraid I told you a lie.
01:09:05That gun isn't loaded.
01:09:09But this one is.
01:09:11Perhaps you'd better get over there.
01:09:15Next time you wear fancy dress,
01:09:17make sure the decorations are on right.
01:09:18That DFC there,
01:09:19it's back to front.
01:09:20The stripes are going the wrong way.
01:09:22First thing I notice.
01:09:24Don't try that, old one.
01:09:26I'm not taking my eyes off you
01:09:28for a moment.
01:09:29All right, hold him.
01:09:31Come on, hold him.
01:09:32Grab him.
01:09:35Nice work, George.
01:09:37Sorry I kept you tied up for so long.
01:09:39Oh, give me some help.
01:09:40Come on.
01:09:42Here, you're the body in the boot.
01:09:44Stupid fools.
01:09:45I'm a police officer.
01:09:47Perhaps you'll explain all this.
01:09:49Yeah, I'm on your side.
01:09:50With the DFC back to front?
01:09:51Someone's going to get a rocket for that.
01:09:53I'm not a pilot.
01:09:54I'm attached to London Airport Security.
01:09:56And what are you doing on this coach?
01:09:57Trailing a rather slippery bullion thief
01:09:59known as the banker.
01:10:01You mean that he...
01:10:03Is he the banker?
01:10:05Stone the Crows.
01:10:06He is a police officer.
01:10:07Of course I am,
01:10:08you stupid madman.
01:10:10Give me that wallet.
01:10:10There was a French thriller once
01:10:12where two lots of police
01:10:13shot each other up.
01:10:14Do you want to get shot up?
01:10:16No.
01:10:16Well, shut up.
01:10:18You've seen my identification papers.
01:10:20Now, what about yours?
01:10:22George is my identification.
01:10:23George Davies.
01:10:25He was the relief driver of the coach.
01:10:26We put him in the boot
01:10:27to have reinforcements handy.
01:10:29We bound him for effect
01:10:30in case the banker got there first.
01:10:33The relief driver, Mr. Lann.
01:10:35Now, look, for a start.
01:10:36I usually drive for B.E.A.
01:10:38All I know is this.
01:10:39I walk in the lounge,
01:10:41you grab me,
01:10:41and before I know where I am,
01:10:42I'm driving for B.O.A.C.,
01:10:44not B.E.A.
01:10:45Okay?
01:10:46Now, sort that lot out.
01:10:48I don't accept your story.
01:10:49I'm afraid you've no alternative.
01:10:51You'll just have to take my word.
01:10:54Now, over there, Mr. Schroeder.
01:10:58And the rest of you.
01:11:03Quickly.
01:11:08I'll tell you this, though.
01:11:09When we arrived here tonight,
01:11:11I had no idea who the banker was.
01:11:13I had my suspicions,
01:11:14but I wasn't sure.
01:11:15Then someone made a very silly mistake.
01:11:20Now I know.
01:11:22Well, who?
01:11:23Tell us before we get our boats cut.
01:11:25You're going to have to wait
01:11:26until the police get here.
01:11:27You see,
01:11:28I don't know how many accomplices
01:11:30we have with us.
01:11:32We can't just stay here
01:11:33with a scoundrel amongst us.
01:11:35Now, don't distress yourself.
01:11:36One of them is a policeman,
01:11:37but he's the one who doesn't know.
01:11:39You've no right to place us in danger,
01:11:41but I'm not telling you.
01:11:42You're in no danger
01:11:42why we leave the banker anonymous,
01:11:44because the person is still thinking
01:11:46I've got the wrong one.
01:11:49Here.
01:11:49I wonder who's won the sweep.
01:11:51I've got the field.
01:11:52You ought to be in one, dear.
01:11:54The police ought to have been here before now.
01:11:55I gave them direction and mileage.
01:11:57They'll be here
01:11:57if you gave that message
01:11:58to the Temple Bar number.
01:12:00I am.
01:12:00Unfortunately,
01:12:00you gave them the wrong directions.
01:12:02We're nowhere near Maidenhead.
01:12:03They're a few miles west of High Wycombe.
01:12:05High Wycombe?
01:12:06How do you know?
01:12:07Because when explosions
01:12:08keep happening in an area,
01:12:09no one comes to see about it.
01:12:10It means that that area
01:12:11is used to explosions.
01:12:12But why High Wycombe?
01:12:14Because that's the only place
01:12:15this side of the river
01:12:16where explosions are accepted.
01:12:17It's the army's battle training ground.
01:12:22What?
01:12:23This is a commando village.
01:12:25I was sure of it
01:12:27when I found the body
01:12:28on the gallows
01:12:28that the driver ran into.
01:12:30It was a dummy
01:12:31used for bayonet practice.
01:12:33This whole place
01:12:34is fenced off from the public.
01:12:36They trained here
01:12:36under actual battle conditions.
01:12:38You drove here
01:12:40through a minefield.
01:12:44Quick, she's fainted.
01:12:47Here's the room for one more.
01:13:01Sounds as if the marines have landed,
01:13:03doesn't it, Schroder?
01:13:04Good girl, I feel most peculiar.
01:13:06There are hooter noises
01:13:07and my head's rumbling.
01:13:09It's not your head, dear.
01:13:10It's real rumbles.
01:13:12No!
01:13:17The first person to move
01:13:19gets shot.
01:13:20Go and start up the engine.
01:13:22You won't get away with this,
01:13:23you know, Miss Banker.
01:13:25As a lesson for next time,
01:13:27what did I do wrong?
01:13:29You were far too anxious
01:13:30to get that extra coach put on.
01:13:32You were yelling
01:13:33about Blackbush Airport
01:13:34before you even knew
01:13:35whether the Dublin planes
01:13:36went from there
01:13:36or from Northolt.
01:13:38Not very conclusive evidence,
01:13:40Mr. Security.
01:13:45And your sidekick out there
01:13:46who's having so much trouble
01:13:47with that engine.
01:13:48He never came in
01:13:49on the jet from Johannesburg
01:13:51because it didn't land there.
01:13:53It should have done,
01:13:54but it was detoured
01:13:54through the fog to her.
01:13:56They didn't announce it
01:13:57at London Airport
01:13:58and you didn't trouble
01:13:59to find out.
01:14:00That was slip number two.
01:14:02Slip number three
01:14:03was your boyfriend's passport.
01:14:05The last embarkation stamp
01:14:07in it was dated
01:14:07two months ago
01:14:08instead of today.
01:14:09I must remember that
01:14:11next time.
01:14:12You should always check
01:14:13with air travel.
01:14:14You think you've been
01:14:15very smart, don't you?
01:14:17Well, I have.
01:14:18You're going to find
01:14:19it takes more than
01:14:20positive thought
01:14:21to start the engine
01:14:22without this rotor arm.
01:14:24I give you three seconds
01:14:26to give me that.
01:14:29One.
01:14:31Two.
01:14:34Stop.
01:14:35No, no, no.
01:15:01Yes, Grandma.
01:15:02I know I've been out all night.
01:15:03I'll tell you about it later.
01:15:04It's a long story.
01:15:07Later.
01:15:08Did she give me breakfast?
01:15:10What do you mean?
01:15:11Now, Grandma,
01:15:12I've been through
01:15:12a lot last night.
01:15:13Don't needle me.
01:15:15Look, I must go now, dear.
01:15:16They're taking off the gold.
01:15:18The gold.
01:15:20They're taking...
01:15:21Oh, it's no good.
01:15:23You'll have to get yourself fitted.
01:15:25They're on the national health.
01:15:27I said...
01:15:28Oh, never mind.
01:15:29No.
01:15:30Ta-da.
01:15:30Oh, she's passed it.
01:15:39Poor old soul.
01:15:41I don't often bear a grudge,
01:15:43but I intend to make you an exception.
01:15:45I'll get you for this.
01:15:46Oh, naughty, Mr. Waterman.
01:15:48Come on.
01:15:50Want to know something awful?
01:15:51What?
01:15:52I feel rather sorry for the old battle.
01:15:53I feel sorry for Holloway Prison.
01:15:55I'm told they dread having her back.
01:15:56What I can't understand
01:15:57is where they were going to take the gold.
01:15:59Yoo-hoo!
01:16:00Yoo-hoo!
01:16:01Yoo-hoo!
01:16:01Oh.

01:16:07Good.
01:16:08So, I have to say goodbye now.
01:16:10If you're ever anywhere near 25 Nettlebed Road,
01:16:13drop in.
01:16:14We could have some fun talking all this over.
01:16:16I will.
01:16:20Oh.
01:16:22I will.
01:16:2425 Nettlebed Road.

01:16:32by turning through a minefield.
01:16:33Percy did.
01:16:34The loot's away, miss.
01:16:35Right, Percy.
01:16:36Home.
01:16:37We're proud of you.
01:16:38Oh, nothing, really.
01:16:40Ben Beeston sent that message
01:16:42for her sister, remember?
01:16:43It was a Hounslow number,
01:16:45the lookout house near the airport.
01:16:47The message told them to wait,
01:16:48no matter how late she was.
01:16:49I forgot to send it.
01:16:51You're a smart girl.
01:16:52Smart enough to know
01:16:53when her DFC's back to front.
01:16:55I was in the Navy.
01:16:58Hey!
01:17:01That's your favorite secret to Harry.
01:17:03Harry?
01:17:04I've just realized I've won this week.

01:17:06Go mad.
01:17:07I am mad.
01:17:08The old girl's got my money.
