00:27have requested a lot of OPSC to consider their rescheduled timelable
00:34because it is 31st to start and we have been working with essay papers. Plus I don't know why they
00:43aren't considering the pre-cyclonic and post-cyclonic effects.
00:46We have a lot of people who have been in the past and have a lot of power cut.
00:52But we have not only two or three years of hard work for OPSC.
