00:00Favourite London band or singer? So a band or singer from London.
00:04Phil Collins. Phil Collins. I was lucky enough to sign Phil Collins and Genesis.
00:12And I remember being in the studio. We had a studio called The Town House in Shepherd's Bush.
00:20And we had this particular drum room built with just stone.
00:26And I remember being in the studio when he recorded In the Air Tonight and that fantastic drum solo and
00:34the echo of that room resonating through.
00:37You're a leader. I'm really coming here tonight.
00:46There was another occasion where I was in a taxi going to a studio and this taxi driver just wouldn't
00:56stop talking to me.
00:56And he was wanting to play his tape and he was talking about his mother and was wondering whether he
01:03could take the taxi to his home so his mum could say hello to me.
01:07And I was rather late to get to the studio.
01:12And anyway, I get out of the taxi and I'm paying the taxi driver.
01:18And I realize Phil Collins had dressed up as the taxi driver.
01:22And convinced you.
01:24I convinced, completely convinced me.
01:26I put on a wonderful East End accent and so we had a good laugh.
