1. Apply a matte base. 2. Fill in your waterline and top liner. 3. Smudge the liner and blend towards the bottom of the eye. 4. Trace the bottom eye with liner. 5. Keep blending. 6. Apply a burgundy shadow to the lid. 7. Blend to crease. 8. Use the same color on the lower lid. 9. Blend out towards the brow bone. 10. Add mascara.
