1. Add light brown shadow. 2. Use a liner brush to line under eye with darker brown shadow. 3. Use liquid top liner to make a thin line and draw it out to make a small wing. 4.Emphasize the line by adding dark shadow over it. 5. Finish with the classic red lip.
