1. The Classic: Carefully fill the outline of your lips with liquid lipstick. 2. Berry Blend: Apply a dark berry color to the upper lip. Apply a stripe of lighter berry color to the bottom of the lower lip, then blend with the darker color for an ombre effect. 3. Bright Ombre: Apply bright red color to the upper and lower lip. Add a stripe of lighter color along the top of the lower lip and the bottom of the upper lip, then blend.
