1. Apply primer to the upper eyelid and brow bone. 2. Dot fuchsia eyeshadow onto the outer corner and crease of the upper eyelid with a small makeup brush. 3. Apply a light, shimmery eyeshadow in a neutral tone to the middle and inner corner of the eyelid, taking care not to smudge the crease. 4. Apply black eyeliner to upper and lower lash line. 5. Apply black mascara. 6. Apply a light layer of blue mascara on top. 7. Apply a neutral lip.
