01:26For us, it was really important to own the story that New York City should be famous for its
01:32cream cheese in the same way it's famous for cream cheese.
01:34New Yorkers are very proud of the food that's ours, and bagels have been around forever,
01:38New York cheesecake, but cream cheese is kind of the natural bridge between the two.
