00:02Today I'll be showing you some yummy cocktails you can make
00:05while celebrating the new year.
00:07The first one is going to be the sorbet and champagne cocktail
00:10and the second one is going to be a mandarin cocktail.
00:13So let's get started.
00:16So the first cocktail we'll be making is a really simple
00:20and beautiful drink to make.
00:21All you're going to need is champagne.
00:24Yeah, that looks really good.
00:26So then you're going to get your sorbet and I chose raspberry
00:29and then with a teaspoon I'm just going to scoop it all out
00:33and then you're just going to plop it right in there.
00:36And there we go, a beautiful little cocktail
00:39that's going to create a really beautiful pink shade.
00:44Mmm, it's delicious.
00:46This is a really easy drink to make, especially when you're hosting.
00:50The second cocktail we're making is just as simple as the first.
00:53This one is called the mandarin cocktail.
00:55First you're going to need the champagne.
00:57Mandarin liqueur and clementines for garnish
01:00and a peeler to help with that process.
01:02Grab your champagne flute and I'm just going to add an ounce in.
01:07Just going to eyeball it here.
01:09And then grab your champagne and just fill the glass up.
01:13Beautiful.
01:14And I'm just going to kind of peel maybe like a two inch slice.
01:21Maybe a little bit more.
01:22And so now that we have this, I'm just going to kind of twist it to give it a little
01:25bit more of a spiral, fun shape.
01:29And then I'm just going to plop it right in here.
01:31And there we have it.
01:32Another very easy cocktail to ring in the new year.
