00:04In the upcoming second half of the season of Pretty Little Liars, all of the characters
00:08jump five years.
00:10And when I reflect back on five years ago from when I started the show, one thing that
00:17I would probably say to myself would be to not be as hard on myself as I think I was
00:22when we first started out the show.
00:24And I think it was all so new to me.
00:26I was so excited but I did put a lot of pressure on myself to get everything right off the
00:31bat and I think I would have told myself to just relax, be me and just live in the moment
00:40a little bit more and take it all in.
00:42One thing my character has learned in the last five years is to really be true to who she
00:47is.
00:48I think the biggest change with Emily is from the first episode to now, she's made a complete
00:55180 in who she is and how comfortable she is with being herself and I think now she
00:59doesn't give herself any excuses, she's who she is to your face and she's proud of who
01:04she is.
