00:23So I've gone for this skirt to jazz up my outfit. So it's quite, you know, out there.
00:29So if you feel like that might be too much, you can just go for any accessory.
00:32Be it headband or bracelet or statement necklace, you can have neon in pretty much any shape.
00:38Et voila, that's much better, don't you think?
00:41Look how simple this is. I've just swapped my skirt for this neon number
00:45and all of a sudden it's much more bold and bright and colorful.
