Put fence net pantyhose over head. With a flat brush, paint green pigment powder on face (symmetrically around temples on both sides of face), creating a few scales. Add a shimmery yellow pigment on brush and paint more scales around temples and upper cheek bones. Remove pantyhose. Tip: Use a similar shimmery shade of eyeshadow for a complete look.
